Good afternoon! There was an unpleasant incident today. Alexandrov RNPC (Borovlyany) paid for a latte coffee, allegedly there was no network, the machine did not give out coffee. I pressed the drink again - I brought it to pay and again after 1 minute the coffee did not start to pour into the glass. I chose a different name and paid again. It's the same situation again. As a result, after a while I was charged 3.90 twice. Two hours later, I was charged twice for 3.90, although I still did not drink coffee. It's just terrible!
