Complete lack of competence of a pharmacist. It gives the impression of a trader in the market. Just to sell some supposedly natural product. We applied to buy urgently needed eye drops. Instead, the pharmacist actively offered some herbal drops on a natural basis. As a result, it turned out to be a waste of money, because the drops do not help (they do not even contain the active substance, only the juices of various plants) and have absolutely nothing to do with those prescribed by the doctor. It's a terrible approach to customer service at the pharmacy.

On October 5, in the evening, I applied for a specific, simple and inexpensive remedy — moisturizing eye drops worth 5-10 rubles, which help me well to relieve irritation from working at the computer. Instead of providing me with the requested product or honestly telling me about its absence, the pharmacist (a man who did this) began to impose a more expensive analogue (for 35 rubles), focusing on its "natural basis" and supposedly better quality. It seems that it is important for the employee not to help, but to sell something more expensive faster, and he did not even hide his irritation. I won't come back.

I don't understand why everyone in the reviews attacked the pharmacist. I was at this pharmacy today - a normal guy, not just a vendor, but a professional - he knows his entire range and is well-versed in what can be offered. In my opinion, a salesperson who is able to throw out drug options is much better than one who will mumble "everything in the window" to any question and continue to sit on his phone.
