It is one of the few buildings that has preserved its original appearance since the Soviet era. Inside, it greets, the same atmosphere of the "past". They were able to build for the ages. In the 90s, on the stage of this recreation center, I was initiated into the Octobrists. I remember going to the DC Builder cinema. Here, for the first time, I tried to play a personal computer.))) Pleasant memories. Now in the building, various children's clubs, sports training are held, various services are provided: notaries, hairdressers and shoe repair, and much more.

I liked the fact that there is a gentle descent and ascent at the entrance. You can use a wheelchair. The phone was being repaired there. They also used the services of a hairdresser. Beautiful area in the foyer with flowers. Children's drawings. You can sit on the chairs while waiting.

I didn't like it.The building "Ala USSR", everything is scattered in it, there are no pointers really, the reception will not always give accurate information about the offices, the building itself and the nodes are not very clean
