But one day I came across a waitress, a girl who behaved badly when I said that I would not order drinks. Blowing off my lips, looking down on me and saying "Oh, I see" is not the kind of service for which I want to come back to you and pay 12% of the check.

Your non-smoking room is located exactly above the place where the hookah man sits and lights hookahs. As a non-smoking girl, it was very unpleasant for me, because I specially chose a non-smoking room and had to eat under the smelly hookah smoke. And if there are guests with children? And if you are allergic/asthmatic? This was clearly not taken into account for the comfort of all guests.
And to connect to WiFi, you need to find an administrator who will show the password for it (difficult and inconvenient).

The average check is acceptable, but a little overstated, but a pleasant mental atmosphere smooths it out! The staff is very sociable, polite and courteous! It does not leave without attention! Of those dishes that we tried, we liked everything! Of the disadvantages, we can note a very long serving of dishes on the table, given that there was no steam, the salad was brought to us for 23 minutes! At the same time, the drinks were taken out and quickly enough!
It should be noted that we went here to smoke a hookah, which is sold well here (according to rumors), it should be noted that the hookah really met expectations, the hookah master did a good job clarifying both the taste and strength, eventually scored a wonderful hookah, thereby confirming that the hookahs here are super! Another minor disadvantage is the flies, which just want to keep you company, but when they take out the hookah, they gradually disappear, though not for long! The interior is great. There is a non-smoking room but... He's just in the midst of smoking!!! It's kind of on top, above the bar and the people sitting on the bar, if they smoke, it smells like they're smoking at your table. It's not a good location.
The water in the toilet is icy, you can't make it warm. But everything is clean and beautiful, and that's the main thing.

Minuses. Smoking is allowed in the restaurant... And if you don't like the smell of cigarettes, you can't hide from it, you have to endure it, and there is no place for non-smokers or there is one, but the receptionist did not ask the guests about it. Waiters are poorly versed in alcoholic cocktails, instead of telling us about the menu, the waiter offered us cocktails that are not on the menu. If you smoke, go, you won't regret it.
