I was only on the floor of the military faculty. As for me, for 1st year cadets, VS is paradise. Although cosmetic repairs would not hurt. For Soviet times, it's SUPER. Not so much for modernity. Everything is comprehended in comparison😁

The dorm is actually quite good. It costs 0.8 base, but for this you get a location 20 minutes from the dorm, a penny within walking distance (if you need a store with a large selection, there are big Neighbors). If you are lucky with the block, then you will have a beautiful view of Nemiga (if you can say so of course), if not, then your windows will overlook other windows of the apartment building and will look after you or flashlights / lasers shine into your eyes. The blocks themselves are not bad: you can live. There are problems with cockroaches, they are very tenacious and there is little that can save them. There are necessary floor shifts that need to be worked out and this is very annoying, especially when you have a lot of pairs and there is no time to work it all out. In principle, for such money, housing in the relative center of Minsk with everything you need nearby is very good

A great place for friendly guitar gatherings in the evenings, binge drinking and burnout, a less wonderful place to work. The best BGUIR hostel of all 4. The block is divided into 2- and 3-bed rooms. The unit also has a separate bathroom with toilet and shower. Each floor is divided into 4 wings and in each wing there is a 1st kitchen, in the kitchens there are 2 electronic stoves and 3 sinks, well, these are small things

During all my studies at the university, I have never crossed the threshold of dormitories, let alone living in them. But, after receiving my diploma, I was "lucky" to visit this institution. What I saw there shocked me. Do people really live in such conditions? 2 people in a room of 2m x 4m, without ventilation in stuffy conditions. It's not so much to live cramped, but even just to be there, there's nowhere to put things. And if the neighbor is also dirty… I also watched a column of cockroaches, which valiantly marched without deviating from the chosen route. I also heard about a bunch of disadvantages in the form of closing the dorm after 12, about some kind of duty, closing the kitchen at night, and other prohibitions and restrictions. Is it exactly the 21st century? How can people be kept in such conditions? I was there for about two hours. The experience is negative. I do not recommend it!

Hilton:) The best student years were spent here. And on the site of an attached elite residential complex, an abandoned building consisting of a basement stood for several decades. Gentle students have gone now, after 24 they say they are not allowed in. There was always a round-the-clock entrance from the end, although it only started from the 4th floor)))

Shifts (sitting for 8 hours once a month on the floor, instead of studying / working), cockroaches and the administration, which does not consider students to be people.
