We made an order, the waiter repeated it and disappeared. We waited for drinks for about half an hour. Khinkali, khachapuri and chicken kebab were ordered from the food. They brought only a kebab and it was not chicken, they refused to replace it, assuring us that it was chicken. Then it turned out that khachapuri and khinkali were not added to our order at all (at that time we waited for them for almost 1.5 hours). All attempts to solve the problem with the staff and the administrator are in vain. For such excellent service and food that we did not wait for, of course, we added another 15% to the bill.
