we lived in this hotel for 11 days. our vacation began with the fact that the girl at the reception could not understand where the reservation number was written (the voucher and all other documents from the tour operator were printed out). it felt like she was checking guests into a hotel for the first time. then I asked from the phone to show where we booked. after opening the app and showing her the tour, she took my phone and walked away. when the girl returned, she said that there was no reservation and further advised us to solve this problem ourselves)) to my surprise, the answer was one - write to the tour operator, there is no reservation (judging by the reviews in this hotel, this situation does not happen for the first time). we stood at the reception for 40 minutes and no help was given to us (thanks at least to the WiFi). we wrote to the tour operator, tried to figure out where to call - the tour operator, for his part, sent the reservation number that she had to enter and convinced us that the entire reservation had passed. they came up to the girl again - there is no armor, I'm all in tears. then we decided to approach another administrator, and what do you think?! another girl entered the same number and that's it, our reservation turns out to be there, everything is in order, we were settled. the rest has already passed, and I'm still in shock from this situation. for an hour we were on our nerves and thought what to do, for an hour!!!!!
now about the hotel - the breakfasts were the same every day. every day for 11 days! in general, they are not bad, but the choice is not so wide and in 11 days sausages with scrambled eggs and bacon were already in the liver. the room stock is old and very tired - everything needs repair (especially the bathroom and dirty carpet in the room). especially killed by the lack of a heated towel rail in the rooms)) that is, as a result, there were no balconies where things could be dried, no towel rail ... but there was a clothesline (it was not enough for two people, it was very small, despite the fact that we dried quite a few things)
the pool is small, not bad for its price.
the free shuttle to the outlet mall just killed - dirty, it's scary to sit on the seats, extra seats open in the aisle - the seats recline, there is air conditioning but there is no air conditioning, the driver behaves disgustingly, it's better not to touch the curtains on the windows. a terribly nasty bus (also half an hour late)
from the pros - the hotel staff are smiling and friendly, always happy to help (with the exception of the girl with the armor mentioned above), the cleaning is not bad (they give 0.5 water per person per day), good air conditioners in the room and hotel, a beautiful large hall, there is a starbucks, his own nightclub (but we didn't go there) and a restaurant.
the location is normal, but you need to understand that you will not reach the beach on foot. we were ready for this, but the trip to the beach by public transport is about 45 minutes. there is not much place to walk in the area, but there was a metro
nearby, there is no Russian-speaking staff

on Saturday. Loud music from the club, which was located on the 2nd floor. There were also numbers there... Well, the audience was appropriate. I would not stay in this hotel with children!

We rested at the hotel in mid-December. A beautiful, clean hotel and room, only English is spoken at the reception, upon arrival 100 dirhams deposit, which is returned upon check-out + a tourist fee of 30 dirhams. You can pay in dollars, they will be changed on the spot at the exchange rate.
The room has everything you need, a refrigerator, a large bed and soft pillows. Cleaning every day, change of towels and water). There is air conditioning, the water pressure is excellent.
We took a buffet breakfast, a large selection (sausage, cheeses, yogurt, watermelon, melon, pastries, omelet, porridge, sausages, pasta, potato triangles, waffles, various toppings, coffee/tea/juice / water). The breakfasts are good.
The hotel offers excursions, but they are much more expensive, cheaper by satellite or tripster.
There is a Starbucks on the territory, coffee is everywhere in Dubai in the area of 400rubles, in mac 200-250 rubles.
There are supermarkets nearby, we have been looking for a currency exchange for a long time, it seems that you can change it at the hotel. To the left of the exit from the hotel there is a walking area, a mini park, it's nice to walk in the evenings.
On the top floor there is a fitness room and a swimming pool)
It is not convenient to walk to the sea and for a very long time, we took the metro - to the metro ~ 15 min Dudai internet sity station and to the DMCC station, then 20 minutes to the beach through the beautiful Dubai Marina, this is a beach with a Ferris wheel. We also went to Kite beach (the beach where the sail hotel is) by taxi, it took 10-15 minutes to go, about 600rubles came out in one direction, their taxi is expensive.
You can swim, the water is cool, but you get used to it, the sun warms you.
We also took the metro to Dubai Mill and Burj Khalifa, conveniently.
There are long distances in Dubai, it is important to understand that the hotel is located in an urban area. We enjoyed our stay, we recommend👍🏻

They brought us to the hotel by 10-00, they did not check us in immediately, explaining that there were no available rooms, but they allowed us to use the rooftop pool, where we spent time before checking in at 13-00. At the entrance, they took a tourist tax of 105 dirhams, they did not take a deposit. The entire staff at the hotel is friendly and polite. A Russian-speaking Victoria worked at the reception and Irina at the restaurant, they helped us a lot with our no English, they turned to them for all questions, although they worked every other day. If you are non-smokers, ask for a non-smoking room, there are several floors of smokers in the hotel.
The room is clean, spacious, a full-length window, but does not open. There is nowhere to dry swimwear, I had to dry it with a hairdryer, it is quite powerful. There is a safe, kettle, iron, refrigerator. Tea, coffee and 2 liters of water are added every day. Modern TV, but without Russian channels. Wi-Fi is available in the room, everywhere in the hotel and even near it, the speed is normal, photos and videos were uploaded without problems. Who does not know - it is impossible to talk on Skype and Whatsapp, because this function is disabled in the Emirates. Comfortable wide soft bed (we had one) with nice linen and comfortable pillows. The air conditioner worked properly, there was a remote control on the wall, it was convenient to set the desired temperature. There are a lot of sockets in the room, but they are all English, our plugs hang out in them, the contact often disappears, we took adapters to the reception, but there were problems with them. There were always detergents in the bathroom, there were no problems with water. Cleaned daily, but a couple of times did not report towels, had to be reminded.
The restaurant is spacious for such a hotel, there is a hall on the veranda. The food is delicious, but monotonous. We took breakfast + dinner, on the 3rd day we realized that it was better not to take dinner, it was more expensive than in a restaurant near Karefur, and there is a large selection in the store. Karefur is very close, 3 minutes walk. I recommend the juices there, we really liked mango juice. In the store, you can pay and debit the balance from the silver Metro card in this way. In the same building, currency exchange at a good rate. The hotel restaurant has very expensive alcohol, 2 glasses of beer cost us 1300 rubles! And this is 26 bottles of Krushavets in our Magnet :)) A bottle of vodka costs 800 dirhams, i.e. 14 thousand rubles, you can pay with a Visa card.
There are a lot of free transfers in the hotel, the list is given out at the reception. I recommend transfers to La Mer beach, everyone likes the beach, please note that towels are not given to the beach, only to the pool. And I also recommend a transfer to Al Seef Mall Bur Dubai, from there 10 min. walk to the boat station, another 10 min. by boat to the other shore for 2 dirhams - and you are at the Old Market. You wander around the markets for 2 hours and return the same way with your transfer. By metro we got there for a long time, tedious and expensive.

The place is suitable, clean, moderately pretentious by local standards. This particular hotel (unlike signature marina) is for those who come to the room only to sleep: there is no kitchen (kettle does not count), a bedroom and a bathroom. Apparently, this is the standard of most of the rooms.
