The young man at the reception gave a number and sent it to the bank clerk behind window number 1, who sent it to window number 3, and this one asked to go to window number 5, and this staff banker said to contact the reception again. In general, I was shocked by such a professional game of "football". It turned out to be a vicious circle, I turned to the girl at the checkout and finally she gave an adequate answer (thanks to her) and pointed to the opposite end of the corridor where I had to turn, and the miracle happened. I finally found the right clerk who eventually changed my old card to a new one. It seems that, so to speak, there is not an adequate reception and staff who are not even interested in customer service.By working "carelessly", so to speak, as if the client is for the bank, and not the bank for the client.
