We visited the store on Sat (06/21/2025) in the evening. When buying 2 items, we saw an announcement in the store about the 1+1=3 promotion. We clarified with the consultant at the checkout, they explained to us the condition, when they wanted to add another item to the purchase in order to comply with the terms of the promotion, they refused to add the product to the basket, as "the check has already been completed." Prior to that, the consultants themselves, unfortunately, did not notify about the holding of the promotion, they themselves did not offer to pick up another item for purchase. When we saw the promotion ourselves when packing an order from 2 items, we were refused. Please take action, as the product itself has caused extremely positive emotions. But the evening was ruined by the incorrect behavior of the staff.
