Absolutely the best restaurant in Bukhara! And personally, I can say that this is the best restaurant in Uzbekistan! I traveled through 10 cities of Uzbekistan and stayed in 6 of them for several days. I've been to dozens of restaurants, but this one is definitely the best in the whole country! Modest, it can only be found thanks to the hanging signs, but it's definitely worth a visit! Beautiful view of the rooftops of the Old city of Bukhara and very tasty cuisine. Definitely the best menu I've seen in Uzbekistan, especially for vegetarians like me!)) Caring staff and pleasant music. I was incredibly and pleasantly surprised while eating vegan pilaf with raisins and chickpeas to the music of Michael Bolton and The Eagles' Hotel California. I give the highest rating!

Sorpa is an excellent, rich broth, the portion is average. I also liked the achuchuk and vitamin salad, large portions, and delicious fresh vegetables. The chicken with citrus sauce is great. The flatbread is warm and fresh. Moroccan tea is pleasant to drink after the heat. The waiters are helpful. It was cooked quickly. Of course, I wanted to stretch my legs on the cot after long walks around the city, but this did not spoil the impression of the place at all. Thanks!
