Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be negative. I went to cosmetologist Olga with the problem of RED FACE/ROSACEA. I trusted Instagram, so to speak, the page is well maintained. Marketing…I went through her care procedures, did azelaine pilling on the recommendation. As a result, I noticed that my skin became dehydrated, and the problem of redness did not go away. Then Olga advised phototherapy (she gave a specific clinic and doctor. Spoiler alert: in this clinic, the x2 prices are "on the advice" above all others. So that you can understand, I did one Candela laser phototherapy procedure for 785 rubles. And such procedures need to be done at least three times). What is the result? THE SKIN CONDITION WORSENED. In general, I had to go to another specialist who explained that it was impossible to go for phototherapy, as rosacea was not taken into remission. Plus, Olga gave me a gelatin pilling and after two weeks she told me to go for a photo treatment. On the contrary, it was necessary to treat the skin with medicines, gentle care, and put everything into remission. Instead of peeling and sending it to a powerful laser. My diagnosis is papulo-pustular rosacea. AFTER ALL THE PROCEDURES, OLGA and her recommended phototherapy ONLY MAKE THINGS WORSE. The remedies that Olga recommended to me for home care also did not have any positive effect.… Just dummies for my problem. Now I am left with skin in a worse condition than it was initially: severe dehydration, increased inflammation and emotional burnout from what is happening. I expected a professional approach, taking into account the diagnosis, and not the aggravation of the skin condition. I'm writing this review and crying. I recommend that Olga no longer take on Rosacea clients or delve into medicine and dermatology. SORRY FOR the 3 months and money SPENT. It is very painful to look in the mirror. I HOPE THIS REVIEW WILL HELP others choose the right cosmetologist and not repeat my problems.
