Advantages of the hotel: 1. Wide and semi-empty sandy beach. (many are drinking by the pool) 2. The food is varied (there was not a lot of seafood-it's a pity) 3. A 24-hour bar with various drinks. The drinks are Turkish, but decent. 4. Room cleaning every day. 5 The staff is friendly, especially drowns the ice of "misunderstanding" 100 rubles, exactly rubles.
Disadvantages 1. You can poke with your finger, there is where. Somewhere the skirting board was warped by the water. Somewhere the plaster has bulged. 2. There is animation and it is until 23.00 3. It is problematic to walk to the beach. The last 300 meters of the road, this is a primer. You can come upside down in the dust and for me this is the main disadvantage. 4. The shuttle to the beach is sometimes late for work and the first flight may fail. 5. You have to go shopping, although there are quite a lot of markets nearby.
But if you are after the sun, the beach, the sea and good food, you are here.

I will not post photos of the room, everything is the same in the photos of other reviews. The room corresponds, the refrigerator was replenished every day: water, juices, beer, cola, fanta.
Good, varied meals in the restaurant, by the pool, on the beach. A minibus runs to the beach from the hotel. Travel time is 2.5 minutes, if walking max 10-15 minutes.
Animation is only adult, there is no children's animation. The staff speaks Russian only partially, communication is mainly through a translator. A lot of Europeans.

The vacation was great, the rooms are spacious, there is everything you need, the mini bar is updated every day, the room is cleaned every day. The restaurant is excellent, a large number of all kinds of dishes, snacks, etc., the bar is open around the clock, bartenders, waiters, the staff is all responsive, you can arrange anything. The private beach is huge, there are enough sun beds for everyone, there is a covered space if you are afraid to burn out, there is a cafe bar on the beach from the hotel and you can eat and drink.

Mixed feelings left behind a stay at this hotel.
In general, everything is very good. Food, drinks. Swimming pool.
Good location by the sea. The hotel is not so far away and you can even walk on foot to the beach. Or drive up on a bus.
I would like to mention the responsive staff separately. Even if not everyone understands Russian, but there were no problems explaining it in English. I was afraid of a biased attitude, but there was no such thing. Thank you.
But there are a couple of moments that completely knock down and leave an unpleasant aftertaste.
The hotel has big problems with hydro-sealing. In the room on the baseboards of the wall that separates the room from the shower - mold, so picky. On the sun beds in the grooves - mold again. Even in the gym for mold and rust.
The gym and the -2 floor are generally a separate song. There is such an infernal stench that my eyes watered. And there's also a hamam nearby. And if the smell is not so felt in the hamam, then at least hang an axe in the gym.
Total: a compact hotel with a cool beach and the sea nearby. Delicious food, I can't say for alcohol - I didn't drink. Good staff, a little repair and it would be super.

Everything was great!!!! And the staff, and the room, and the restaurant (at a height!), and the gym, and evening gatherings with discos, and a hammam with massage (massage for separate money). Very cozy, beautiful! The territory is well maintained, there are many pools, slides, playgrounds.But we opened the season on April 1, the pools were not working yet. Nearby, if you walk and the market is saturated, you can walk to the sea with beaches just through the market in 15-20 minutes!But the bus takes you to the beach all the time.We took a local bus to the center of Side, well, 25 minutes.I liked everything!

We had a rest in September 2023, liked the hotel, cleaning every day, towels are changed every other day. Food: mussels, rolls, shrimp, squid were twice, turkey, chicken, veal, the choice is good, very tasty desserts. Internet, safe for free. The market is good nearby, T-shirts, tights, suits, bags, all sorts of things can be bought. The hotel staff is kind, smiling. Russians 25-30%, Germans are also friendly, the age from youth to retirement. The beach, the entrance to the sea are beautiful!!!! I was very pleased!!

The hotel is good. Of course, there are nuances. But overall, it's good.
This network is very cunning, they sell more places than there are in the hotel and offer to check into neighboring hotels of the same network. We are currently resting here from 07/20.23 to 07/27.23. Every day, tourists wait for several hours for check-in from 3 to 10 o'clock. Be prepared for this by booking THIS hotel.
Advantages of the hotel:
Close to the airport, this is the first village in Side. It takes 45-60 minutes to drive without traffic jams. But if there are traffic jams, it can take 2 hours to get there.
Good repair, clean rooms. Photo on. Drink according to reality.
Very diverse cuisine. Lots of fish and seafood. Honey in honeycombs. Today there was even a seafood table: mussels, crabs, crayfish, clams, all kinds of sea fish in different cooking options.
There are different sweets every day. The coffee is decent even in vending machines (surprisingly).
You can come with children. The hotel is family-run. There are three slides, but they work 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon.
The animation is sparse, but it is there.
They are cleaned daily, normally.
A clean beach. Free sun beds.
Free Wi-Fi in the room. The Internet is tight, but tolerable.
Of the cons:
Tricky*wholesale room sales, lack of bathrobes, slippers, 2 towels per person.
The audibility in the rooms is crazy. The hotel is located on a vacant lot and a dozen roadside minimarkets. It's two kilometers to the beach for sure. But there are buses every 20-25 minutes approximately.
Every day there is disco music, karaoke until 23:30 and it is very audible from the rooms overlooking the pool.
Expensive additional services, for example, hookah 50 euros (what are you guys smoking there?), photos 8 euros, 1 piece.
But this is because of the focus on Germany and Europe. There are very few Russians.
There is no walking area. There are always a lot of people everywhere. There are no places for privacy.
In general, my husband and I liked it. There is something to compare it with, but the service does not pull in the top five. A maximum of four (and that's because of the food). There are 3 small pools, but there is enough space for everyone. A good gym. We haven't been to the spa, but I don't think it will differ from the average one.

We had a rest at the end of September with our family. According to the hotel, I can say that the rating does not correspond to 5 stars. The hotel is a solid three . The rooms are dusty , we had to wipe the tables ourselves upon arrival , the handle in the toilet room is broken , dispensaries , lighting, not in working condition. There are also comments on cleaning . Mostly couples and pensioners from Europe are vacationing. The hotel is designed for overnight stays and excursions. Landscaping is lame from the outside , you won 't see a beautiful view . The beach is 5-10 minutes away by Shuttle , it picks up every 10 minutes at the hotel. The big market is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, I recommend visiting it. Prices are in euros /dollars . There are no questions about food , lunch and dinner are trying to diversify .

Good afternoon. I recommend it. We had a rest from October 15 to 22, 2021.
There are a lot of Germans in the hotels, but the staff understands Russian perfectly. There is no language barrier. We were checked in at 11 o'clock, not at 14.
There was always enough food, we didn't starve. The rooms were cleaned every day. It was a 10-minute walk to the beach in the ruins, there was a delivery service every 10 minutes. Special thanks to the driver, always in the mood and will sing and dance. The animation is in German, but there were days of karaoke, we ordered songs, sang and danced.
We have only positive emotions left from the rest.

We will not return to this hotel!
The hotel is aimed at Germans, Russians are not welcome here. They will never come up in the dining room, they will not offer drinks. The food is disgusting and monotonous. There is nothing to feed the children, porridges are inedible, however, as are soups. The whole family has been poisoned, we have not been able to recover for 3 days!
It doesn't match its stars at all! Far from 5, I would rate no higher than 3.
The only thing that is normal is fresh and clean rooms, all plumbing is in good order.
Wi-Fi catches only in the room. Children are bored, there is not much entertainment for them, a small playground with a trampoline and a small slide. We took a car, drove around Turkey and thus tried to make up for the rest.

We rested at the hotel from 29.08 to 07.09.2021.
We were warmly welcomed, but as soon as we realized that we were Russians, the facial expression immediately changed (the hotel is aimed at foreigners, or at least you need to speak English). There is no Russian-speaking employee!
We arrived at the hotel at the beginning of the seventh morning, filled out questionnaires, put on bracelets, and went to breakfast at 7.00.
The room was checked in at 11 o'clock. The room is good. The view from the window was on the neighboring houses (without additional charges), it will do.
The room was cleaned every day, the bed was changed in 10 days once, the second time (it feels like) that they just turned it over.
The food is gorgeous, very tasty, the choice is large: steamed, boiled, fried. Lots of salads and (for the sweet tooth!) cakes.
There are not many people in the hotel, this is a plus. There is enough space in the restaurant and in the pool. But the territory of the hotel is small, there is nowhere to walk.
The water slides are good.
Animation every evening, but in foreign languages.
The gym is working, but 3 machines are broken.
The hotel grounds and the beach are clean. The beach is not far away, there is also a bus.
A big disadvantage for themselves was that they could not use the hammam, sauna, etc. according to the All-inclusive program. As we were told, during the pandemic, these services are available only for a certain amount of money (Extra!) (that is, if I want to go to the hammam according to the program, then the coronavirus is there; if I pay money, then the coronavirus disappears). For comparison: at the end of the holiday, we got to another hotel with the largest number of vacationers, where we used these services at no additional cost. Keep this in mind if you want to visit the sauna.
Overall, the hotel is not bad, conveniently located, close to shops, pharmacy.

We had a rest on 16.10.21 . during the cleaning, on the second day of rest, money was stolen from our suitcase, while turning over all the things in it!!!! And we are far from alone! During our week-long vacation, I witnessed two more thefts ... $ 120 was stolen = almost 9,000 rubles, the most disgusting thing is that their "manager" was not trying to help in this situation, but on the contrary slowed down and left to drink coffee, smoke a cigarette, then scratch the ass of the Germans!!!! My patience ran out and I started a scandal, to which this fucking manager came running and tried to lock me in his room so that I wouldn't scare people..as a result, he said that we would not prove anything and no one was going to mess with us..the police were called, but everything was useless... two girls were sitting next to us, who faced the same situation and did not even communicate with them!
Later , during the rest , we found out that another girl faced the same problem and pulled 5000 out of her safe.
The rooms are not cleaned!!!There's dirt everywhere!!!the mattresses are covered in blood, the linen is dirty, the towels are old ... in short, the service at this 3-star hotel, and in connection with our situation, even a completely roadside motel😁

We have been resting since 08/26/2021. The design and rooms are good, the cleaning is so-so for 10, the bed linen was changed upon request. The beach is the second line until 17.30 by bus after walking, equipped, cleaned, but more actively littering. Plus, there aren't many people. The food is monotonous, there is a bigger choice for dinner. The animation is in German, they haven't adjusted to the Russians yet. Upon arrival, they sent us to spend the night in Serenity, promised a room with a sea view, under the pretext that they did not understand Russian, they wanted to get a room without a view, they had to conflict, ask the council to call the hotel guide of your travel agency, let him figure it out, this is his job. I'm shooting a star for the attitude. In general, it's not bad.

It's very dirty everywhere: dirty floors in the room, plaque everywhere in the bathroom - they don't wash it, even in the toilet (, dust everywhere (( and hair! And the towels look very strange - as if they are stale. It is unpleasant to eat - greasy plates and utensils. There is some dust everywhere and in the hotel lobby. Who needs WIFI - consider that there is none. It works very slowly. Well, my impressions of the settlement, perhaps, I will also tell you - they first settled on the first floor in a room next to the lobby - just a barn. I politely asked to be moved, I waited, then I remembered all the curses in English and I was moved to a better room. And literally 2 hours pass - the cleaner knocks, I read the previous reviews about the thefts - I won't be surprised at anything (I don't recommend it to anyone!

We are vacationing with my husband and child 1,2 . What 5 stars are we talking about in this hotel is not clear at all! The only plus is the modern rooms, nothing falls off anywhere (thank God).There is food, but it doesn't seem to be there.There is no choice at all. To garnish with rice, fries or baked tomatoes with pepper and onion (pepper may be hot, have not even tried)The child really has nothing to feed except rice and bread! The food is monotonous, sometimes salty. You don't have to wait a long time for the waiter to see you, and when he sees you, he won't hurry up! The territory of the hotel is just scanty! More precisely, it does not exist! It was paid for a suite, but it didn't pull for a suite!!! The towels were not very clean! The kitchen is terrible!!! They bend only in front of the Germans, they don't notice the Russians at all!!! They ask you to pay extra for everything: they take you to the beach- throw a coin, for an excursion-pay the driver! We went on an excursion on a "yacht", but it's far from a yacht, the booze, as if they wanted to poison (, the food there is disgusting!!! There are few Russian reviews, because there are few Russians resting there. Mostly Germans of all ages, with and without children. Animation in German.
The hotel is beautiful, new, modern. It's all clear. The food was very good. We were with a child, he almost did not go to animation, because of the language barrier))) I found Russian children and they had fun on their own. We were satisfied with the rest. The only thing that I would like to change is that the last bus from the sea leaves at 17.30, the best to sunbathe, and walk back. It's not far on foot, 10 minutes maximum, but on a dusty and unpleasant road
