My goal was to find a certain fragrance- perfume. Unfortunately, I was faced with a complete lack of help from a consultant. When I asked for help, I didn't get any support. The consultant I approached showed no desire to help in the search or even suggest where the fragrances of this brand are located. As a result, I had to leave without buying, having not found the right perfume. This was very disappointing, as I was counting on qualified help and advice when choosing such a specific product as perfumes. Such an attitude towards customers leaves a negative impression about the store as a whole and about the level of service in this department. I hope the store administration will pay attention to the quality of service in the art cosmetics department. Training staff in customer orientation and product range knowledge is the key to customer satisfaction. I also asked for a probe to see if it was suitable for my daily use, but they refused. This came as an unpleasant surprise to me, as I cannot buy perfumes "blindly" without fully testing them. Due to the refusal of the probe, I never decided to make a purchase, and the store lost a potential customer. It's a pity, because choosing a perfume is a very personal process, and the samples play a huge role in it.
