On February 9, the child's birthday was celebrated. One of the guests, a child, injured his shoulder before that, and could not play in the game room. I was sitting on the couch and watching the younger ones. The staff just kicked him out, they said you can't just sit there. They say young people come, sit, litter. The child is 12 years old. I sat without food, just like that, watching our other children play. Instead of apologies, we heard a thousand excuses, the administrator came with her little child, who did not even let her talk to us
