The park is mainly located between G.Javid Avenue and the main building of the Academy of Sciences. There is a fountain in the center. Several shady alleys. The trees are mainly sycamores and Eldar pines, a few quince trees. Another smaller part of the park between the Main Building of the NAS and Baku State University consists of shady alleys. Trees : Caucasian oaks, olive, apricot-wild. There are two birches. Birch, like spruce, does not take root on the Absheron Peninsula. therefore, this is a great achievement of that nameless gardener. Well, also three Japanese oaks. Japanese oak takes root very well on Absheron. The decoration of this part of the park is a pine alley. The pines are actually ship-made. There are also plane trees. A number of Cherry Cherry trees have been planted between the Institute of Physics of the NAS and the Fundamental Library of the NAS.
