This is one of the best emergency dentists in Minsk!!! A very professional team, everything is adequate at the "free-on-duty" ambulance, everything is there, tools, medicines... Everything is on the level!!! They interact very clearly with the SMP substation. I made sure for myself - the wisdom tooth was removed, the pus was poured, it began to "disappear", the turunds were put on, cleaned, after 8 minutes the intensive care unit picked up "on the maxillofacial", before leaving they bandaged and pricked, put everything they could, and also sat in the corridor with almost the whole composition!!!

On Saturday, I went to my city 12 stomata. the polyclinic to the doctor on duty. Before that, I always treated my teeth in a paid clinic, but there were no records + at the moment there was not so much money for treatment. The doctor sent me for a picture, it turned out that I had pulpitis. I brushed my tooth and put the medicine in. I arrived joyfully home, nothing hurt, and in the evening my cheek swelled up a lot, some kind of infection went on... I didn't know what to do... I decided to call Kiselyov, ask about the cheek and what can I drink from the infection. I got through on the 5th time. They gave recommendations on what to drink and said that it was necessary to take a picture, they would not be able to do anything without a picture, and they only do it until 20 o'clock. I couldn't keep up. In the morning, at 9 o'clock, I was already there. We were met by angry women in the corridor - they were sitting, resting, talking about their everyday topics, there were no people then... They asked me what happened and sent me to the registry... I went to the registry, took my data, got a card, and the woman told me to go to a paid surgeon, because they have a very good one. I asked again, in the sense of a paid one? Is the free one bad? They looked at each other maliciously and told me to calm down that the free doctors were also good... It became unpleasant for me… I got to the surgeon Tretyak V. V. Looked at the teeth and said that perhaps the infection was coming from another tooth and sent it for a picture. In the office where the picture is being taken, there was an unpleasant woman with a wild look. She put a huge thing in my mouth, which was uncomfortable to hold and it hurt. And my mouth is small, because of this thing, it cracked on the sides. I asked, why don't you take a picture with a sensor? And she told me that she does not know how to work with such a device. I was shocked... with the picture, I went back to the surgeon, and then to the therapist. The therapist drilled my tooth. It was a little painful, but bearable. All without anesthesia. And she said on Tuesday to urgently go to her clinic to put a seal, but not at their place.... Then I went to the surgeon again, because I had to open the gum. He said that the most painful is the injection... He injected me with anesthesia, told me to press it with his fist and I sat for a little while, as he came up and began to open my gum, the anesthesia did not work. I didn't ask anything about my condition or the effects of the injection. It hurts me terribly, I suffer, tears flow, it cuts me alive. I turn over and say that it hurts me, but he still continues to open it, ignoring my remarks... As a result, the torment ended, I prescribed the antibiotic Augmentin, Loratadine, and said a few words. He gave good recommendations, but he did not speak willingly, with a stretch, with a favor... you behave like a REAL SADIST! Be human, you are doctors, listen to the patients! What are you doing in this clinic if you don't want to do your job properly! And that's how you mock a MOTHER with MANY CHILDREN! Get qualified and go to private work if you want to earn more money! I asked the doctor, I was wondering how much it costs to heal their tooth, he told me to go to the registry and ask there. I went to the registry of paid services, and there the woman told me to go to the doctor to ask. As a result, I ran away from this clinic faster with tears… In the evening, the cheek swelled even more, bled all day, the temperature rose 38.6, shivered terribly.... My husband saw the state I was in when I returned home, in tears, I was shaking. I started to pack up and already wanted to go talk to this doctor like a man. I am concerned about the question, what kind of substance was injected, water? Or something else dangerous, incomprehensible? Because anesthesia did not work at all from the word and later, I did not feel any numbness, but only wild pain and what consequences will there be after all this ... Maybe there are good doctors in this clinic who really love their work, but I will not go there anymore! We are planning and we will definitely go to write a complaint!

As a result, I didn 't feel anything, and then sometimes I wonder if I will be accepted in such places, then why pay ? Yes, sometimes I ask questions at the reception desk out of business (and why did you come right now, and so on. But I would not say that they are being rude ) . The second time a young guy got caught at all and decided to pull out a wisdom tooth , again , no one regretted freezing or hastily tearing it , no , they did everything without pain .
