I live here! It's a great house, I really, really like it. There is a children's yard, the house is warm, the area is cool. There is a Dina hypermarket and an alley nearby.

The house is disgusting, as are the people living in it. It was built very poorly. At random. Apartments are unreasonably expensive. Finishers are struggling to put the apartments in order. To consider such housing elite is self-deception. It's not worth a third of the money spent on it.
