Protractor Group arranged for us to be transported from Belarus to China in an awning truck as part of a combined cargo. Unfortunately, only negative emotions remained. It seemed that the employees did not understand what they were doing and what they were saying. There were problems at all stages of transportation. The goods were taken from Minsk to a transit warehouse in Moscow. The Protractor Group hired a carrier who did not know that the cargo would be blocked. The direct carrier called and wrote to me until they unloaded the cargo, there were many complaints about the unprofessional work of the Protractor Groups, which I should not listen to. The cargo was unstable, as it turned out from the driver's photo, the load was pointed at him, which could not be done. And the most unpleasant moment was that the cargo was transported across China on an open platform, simply putting it on top of the entire cargo. The cargo arrived at the recipient, naturally, it was all wet. According to the promises of the client manager, the delivery of the cargo should have taken 25-35 days, in fact: 48 days of stress and worries. Think carefully before handing over the cargo to the Protractor Group. I DO NOT recommend it!

It was in April 2025. We ordered the transportation of a combined cargo from China to Belarus. We were promised certain delivery dates with a clear mode and route of movement of the cargo, after which we calmly agreed, signed the application and began to wait for the arrival of the cargo, what was my surprise when I found out two weeks later that the cargo taken to their transit warehouse was located on the border with Kazakhstan and they did not even think to inform me or look for any-ways to resolve the situation (for some unknown reason, they could not get this cargo out of China). We have not received an apology or any normal decisions to find the best way to get the cargo out. I was forced to offer options for shipping cargo via air routes myself (this is a combined cargo and air delivery turned out to be 10 times more expensive!). At the same time, the employees themselves did not know the geography of China properly, nor how long it would really take to bring the cargo to this or that airport, they kept confusing the data in the documents that I had to correct for them, I repeat, the managers could not do their job properly. As a result, the cargo arrived in Minsk at the airport. The cargo was successfully picked up after all this time (for a month and a half, I never received a single request from the head with whom I offered to communicate in order to regulate this situation and disperse peacefully). We suffered losses by overpaying for transportation, and most importantly, we disrupted the delivery dates for our obligations. Never address these laymen.

I do not recommend working with this company. The cargo was transported through Turkey as part of a combined cargo for almost 3 months, the cost of transportation was average, it was agreed with the manager (Ekaterina) that the transit time of transportation would be about 30 days. Unfortunately, the delivery time was not specified in the application, it was difficult to specify any specific date, since the application was made before the cargo was picked up. On 23.03.25, the cargo arrived in Bulgaria, where it remained until 17.04.25, due to the fact that the cargo of another customer was subject to inspection. At the time when the cargo was still in Bulgaria, the company's representatives stated that we would be given a discount for the long wait. As a result, when the cargo arrived at the VET, a discount of as much as 100 Euros was provided, despite the fact that the transportation amount was about 7000 Euros. In response to our disagreement with the discount amount, the carrier's company asked us to write a complaint in FREE FORM. After writing the claim and presenting it to the carrier's company, the latter stated that the claim (in free form) was not drawn up correctly. But they still reviewed it, and it seemed that it was just an unsubscription, where the day when the cargo was accepted for transportation was not even correctly indicated. As a result, the shipment took almost 3 months and no one provided discounts for waiting. We will no longer cooperate with this company. There are no questions for manager Ekaterina, she is very polite and always updated the current information.
