I didn't like the shawarma! We ordered delivery of 3 pieces today. What exactly did you not like: 1. The lavash in all of them was very dry and burst, it was very uncomfortable to eat and not as tasty as with normal lavash. 2. All 3 doners were practically cold, although the delivery was carried out in the area of 3 km. 3. The ingredients are distributed very poorly, on the one hand you eat shawarma and there is enough of everything, and on the other hand you chew virtually empty pita bread, which is also dry and so again in all 3 doners! 4. 1 of the 3 was with tomato paste, and in some places there was a lot of this paste, and in some places there was none at all, although it should be evenly distributed throughout the shawarma. Bottom line: Unjustified expectation and a decision never to order here again.

On 07.11, an unpleasant incident occurred with the staff. The administrator immediately emphasized that the "Papa Doner" point was not connected to the application. We ordered the "forest honey mushrooms" shawarma and a separate garlic sauce for the doner, but it was added directly to the shawarma. They tried to calmly explain what they wanted separately, but the administrator began to be rude and reproached for inattention. Before that, the cash register was frozen, I had to wait, and the shawarma got cold. The food is delicious, but after such an attitude we won't go there anymore, although we used to be regular customers. At other points, they always gave out the sauce separately without any problems, but here they offered to pay 1.20 extra for additional sauce.

There are really a lot of orders on the screen, and this kind of indicates demand. But after buying a Doner Chicken and trying it, I will say one thing: there is very little sauce, the shawarma is dry. There is little meat and it is almost not felt. There is no expressiveness. The quality of the workmanship is gradually decreasing and this is not encouraging.
