I arrived at lunch on Sunday. There was a queue of 5-6 cars. The queue passed quickly. I was surprised by this. I stopped by the car wash. He took the coins, without much thought, threw them into the machine where they give out tokens. The tokens didn't fall out. The money of the coin has not been returned either. I started calling the specified numbers, no one picked it up. As a result, I got a call back. A rude man accused me of running out of tokens there and I didn't look at the display that wasn't working. The money was not returned to me. They said if I want, I can wait 40 minutes and they will bring me tokens. Then I realized why the queue was passing so quickly. All the money was thrown in, but the tokens did not fall to them and the money was not returned. The money is not big, but it is very unpleasant when the service is complete nonsense, to put it mildly, and the service staff is even worse. I do not recommend it at all!

It always doesn't work for some reason.
The terminal is broken.
The water pressure is weak.
1 token is 40 seconds, but 20 seconds of them is still the last program (when you switch from one program to another, or after someone washes)
The road to the car wash is not only broken, but also sandy. If you do not dry the car, you can turn around for a second round for repeated washing.
It's easier to drive a couple of extra kilometers to competitors and wash them with normal pressure and a working terminal.

Awful. The first time I gave 3 tokens for 10 rubles and wrote that they were over. The specified support phone was unavailable, it rang 3 times. The second time there was no foam blowing with water. I probably won't go anymore. You can't raise prices, so they cut down on time 🤦♂️
