Very nice hotel, very nice pool, and sauna for free. The price is also normal in the center of the European part of Istanbul , the tram is only a 3-4-minute walk away.There is a market nearby and you can buy anything you want and cheaper than other markets.

Nice and peaceful hotel. The staff is polite. They cleaned every day. Change of linen and towels too.I don't know about the others, but we were clean.The room has water (1.5 liters),tea,sugar, kettle.Sauna,hammam, swimming pool are included in the price.Breakfast is included.It's not particularly diverse, but it's enough to leave well-fed and in a good mood.Convenient location, 3 minutes to the tram.

The first time I booked, I liked everything except the hard beds and the mattress.The room was large and well furnished.The second time, we were moved into a horrible, battered little room with a small bed for 2 people. Additionally, we had an incomprehensible conflict with the administrators due to incorrect booking. Dear friends, before you open your mouth and shout at the guests who do not understand what is happening, understand the situation. I will not return to this hotel again. And I recommend everyone to book hotels through the platforms and do not hesitate to write negative reviews if incomprehensible situations occur. Only then is there a chance that the Turkish service will improve.

It was always good, the staff was helpful, but this time they gave me room 501, the windows look out onto the courtyard, there is no air and the noise outside is constant from the air conditioners or something else, the room was hot, so the room is just terrible

A good hotel, the breakfasts are delicious and plentiful. Excellent location in the center of the Old Town, close to the main attractions and tram and metro lines. The room has everything. Nice swimming pool with sauna. The standard room with a double bed is small, but comfortable. A slightly larger room with two separate beds.

The price is high for this hotel. The rooms have very low ceilings. Bathroom repairs are required. Breakfast is meager. If the hotel were not four stars, but lower, these claims would not exist

Great hotel!!!!!
From the location, entrance and interior decoration. Clean, nice, comfortable, quiet rooms. Daily cleaning, change of towels, bed linen. Shampoo, body gel, soap were changed every day. Kettle, tea, coffee, sugar. Water every day is 1.5 liters. Very smiling and friendly staff.
A restaurant with delicious cuisine.
The breakfasts are delicious and varied. In the evening they just came to have dinner.
Decent swimming pool, sauna. A bathrobe is provided upon request.
I will definitely return to this hotel next time.

Quite, quite. Everything is new and clean. The only thing is that I got a non-working hair dryer. It sparkled like a sparkler. The staff is polite, helps in case of anything. There is a free sauna and a swimming pool downstairs. In general, approx. We went there for massage and peeling (already for a fee) - also ok. The main thing is that everything is in the hotel, there is no need to go anywhere. All attractions can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or by tram in 7 minutes.
