Japanese approach and the places is very interesting and very unusual for the city. Very nice garden and a really nice decorations of the restaurant. The only negative point is the hospitality. I booked a table for one person 15 minutes before my arrival. They said there were no tables free and put me at the bar tender. On the hand, it was six or eight tables completely free in the main hall. I came to the receptionist for a couple of times asking for the table and they said no tables free again. Only several tables were taken. Another issue is timing. They brought two dishes simultaneously. The food is delicious but the gaps in hospitality and service habits - that should be changed.

Very nice place to visit in Krasnodar. Make sure to reserve restaurant in advance and come two hours before to walk around garden, It is really impressive. Food in restaurant was delicious. I would say 9 out 10. Interior is minimalistic but looks rich. Very polite and professional personnel. For sure will come there again when I have a chance.

Отмечали мой день рождения в этом прекрасном ресторане. Бронировала за 2 месяца,чтобы попасть в желаемое время. Вместе с бронью пришел QR код на посещение Японского сада на забронированное количество гостей. Сам сад прекрасен. Но вернемся к ресторану. Отмечу слаженную и быструю работу всех сотрудников- от встречающих гостей и до официантов. Нас обслуживала Наталья- и именно благодаря ей мы выбрали блюда,которые вызвали восторг,и нам понравилось абсолютно всё!Наталья о каждом блюде могла рассказать целую историю,как по особому готовится рис,что в составе десерта,какие нотки у чая- да что там!Мы остались в полном восторге от кухни,гостеприимства, красоты этого места, и непередаваемой атмосферы. Рекомендую к посещению этот ресторан- 100% вы останетесь под приятным впечатлением. Кстати к дню рождения мне преподнесли подарок- японскую фигурку духа,исполняющего желания,открытку и конфеты трюфель ручной работы. Стоит ли говорить,что в день рождения такой бонус это мега приятно. Обязательно вернемся сюда еще!Эта кухня стоит того,чтобы попробрвать здесь всё меню🤣.Мы бралли разные роллы, суп Рамен,суп Карри,салат,креветки темпура (они прям огроменные) и десерт шу с нотками васаби,моти. Всё было очень вкусно!Лимонады необычные,даже не вспомню названия. Спасибо за мой душевный праздник ресторану Рётей.
