I came back today to pack a gift for a friend, and I couldn't leave without that warm, magical feeling. I finally decided to leave a review. I arrived just before closing time, in a hurry, but the girls received me anyway with sincere concern, as if they were waiting for me. They didn't just pack it, they proposed a whole concept: I put it in a bag, a box in it, a filler in the box, packaging, decor, tag on top... And all this was so beautifully combined with each other that there are no words. Despite the fact that it was already late, everything was done with a heart. I didn't have time to take a picture, so I immediately ran to present the gift. In half an hour, there will be a storm of emotions, happiness, and no photo will convey this. Only the photo of the showcase remained... but even she reminds me that this place is not just about packaging. It's about creating the very atmosphere that we remember from childhood. I've always come to pack gifts here, but I'm changing my score by one due to the latest situation. I came to pack my presents an hour before closing time, and they turned me around, saying they weren't doing it anymore. Specifically, there is not a single hint that the store stops packing gifts an hour before closing, and, in general, this is a denial of service, so I lower my score and will look for another place now. To my comment that I came here specifically to pack from the other side of the city and there is no information that they are no longer working, one of the administrators told me: "so what?". Disappointed, thanks.
