I love flying with Aeroflot - as a rule, without delays, clean, proper service, there is something to eat for a Vegetarian. But this time the service was just perfect!
Flight SU 1873 (October 14, 2022) - you are the best!
Despite the early departure, the flight went great! Comfortable armchairs, plenty of legroom, delicious porridge for breakfast, an unexpectedly wide selection of movies to watch, a USB charging port (working!).
The flight attendant has a real interest in solving any passenger's issue, and not just "according to the rules" to work. Attentive, friendly, respectful and HUMANE attitude towards passengers!
