We have been here more than once. Pools with clean water: there are with Jacuzzi, with artificial waves. There are pools with trampolines and slides for children. Sun beds with umbrellas, trestles in large numbers. Rescuers. Live music and vocals, animators for adults and children, contests, a varied menu in bars and restaurants. The rooms of the hotel have snow-white bed linen and towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes and paste. There is a kettle, tea, water. Sunglasses and swimming accessories can be purchased at the reception. A very decent level!

✔️Delicious restaurant. Pizza is generally a delight.
Now there are disadvantages, which are also quite a few.
- we booked rooms 3 months before arrival, announced that we needed additional rooms.places for children, indicated the age of the children. We booked 3 rooms and an extra place in each. Everything was agreed upon by WhatsApp. We arrived and they tell us that they will not have extra space in one room, they have run out. Are you guys serious? You couldn't buy a cot in three months, knowing that three families with children were coming to you. But the most "wonderful" thing is that you still have to pay for an additional place) There is no extra space, but the money is in advance) They paid extra. Then it turned out that breakfast is not included in this surcharge. In the Whatsapp they wrote what is included, and at check-in, what is not included. Of course, there is no website where you can see the real prices. Only in words. By the way, each room cost us 15,000rubles per day. To understand that this is not a cheap hotel.
- breakfast. It's just a terrible nightmare. We travel a lot and this is the first time we have met such a terrible breakfast. Firstly, they carried it for a very long time every day. Secondly, it is cold. When asked why cold porridge, they replied that it was more useful this way. Fried eggs were served with half of a cherry tomato. Well, throw in another 1,000rubles to your 15,000 for the room and make great delicious breakfasts. And so it's a complete disappointment.
- The number. When we booked 3 months before arrival and announced that we needed 3 rooms and each with an additional place, no one told us that there was no place for additional accommodation. They inflated the mattress and put it under the hinged shelf. Apparently sleeping under a shelf is OK. To our surprise, it was said: a room for two, what do you want. You could have at least warned them that they have such additional places in advance.
- service. This is a separate nightmare. When asked to give a towel to the child (we paid for an extra place and separately for breakfast), but then it turns out that the towel is not included in this money. Imagine my amazement))) But we were given an exception.
When we left for a walk, we asked what time we would be back, saying that the hotel would be closed. This is the first time I've reported to a hotel)
Well, and many other little things. Guys, you have such a cool hotel in terms of infrastructure, well, you pull up the service and breakfasts and the reviews will be completely different.

The entrance cost 12000 tenge. For this price you get 2 shallow pools and sun beds. All. The continent is mostly parents with children. The service is below average, we were counted what we did not order at all. I had to prove that this was a mistake. The sauna is not included in this price. Decorations made of plastic palm trees look very cheap, towels are paid. I do not recommend visiting!

We visited this institution on 03.02, we really liked different types of baths, even for those who do not like to steam, especially the Russian bath with a font connected to the outdoor pool by an underwater passage, is impressive! It's a disgusting place. I chose a day and came to the baths. At one o'clock in the afternoon, all baths are cold (open from 10) hamam 30° , Russian bath 49°! The exterior is beautiful, but it's not much use when you want to steam up!!! I stayed for half an hour, I didn't get the promised steam. Wasted time and money!!! I didn't get an apology either.

We spent two wonderful days here in August! Great pools. I especially liked the pool with a circular flow, even for adults it was fun for us to relax in this stream. It was nice that there was live music, and the animators tried to cheer up. The room was quite comfortable.

Everything is nice, friendly and helpful staff. We spent three days relaxing by the pool and forgot about everything!
· We stopped by at the end of April, on a Thursday, and spent two and a half days there.
The pool was just filling up, the sunbeds were waiting for their turn after hibernation. But when we said that we had chosen the hotel precisely because of the pool, we were warned that the water was still cold, but they turned on the heating and washed the sun beds especially for us and gave them new mattresses. On the first day, the water was about 20 degrees, but after the scorching sun, I took a dip to cool off and it was fine, even though the hotel staff looked at me like a walrus) My wife and I spent three days relaxing by the pool. On Saturday, she even decided to swim after watching the splashing children. An order from the bar can be made through the waiter directly to the sunbed, but you can also just go to the bar and choose a cocktail or any other drink. There are tables to eat both right next to the pool and on the street next to the restaurant.
Food. Breakfast is included. This is tea (coffee was not offered), delicious porridge, scrambled eggs, something meat and a little salad. That was enough. I was especially pleased that breakfast is served from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. We are Sony, it's just right for us. We had lunch and dinner there too. There is karaoke in the complex, but when we were there for all three days there were banquets and special services) In general, the local restaurant is popular and they come here to have dinner or celebrate an event. The waiters, the bartender and the hookah man are polite and pleasant guys.
Around. There is not much to do in Konaev itself. At least in April. There is a water park in the city, but it has not worked yet. The bathhouse in Delmar could not be booked, they advised to book in advance (apparently, it's so good that the locals sort it out all the time). In general, there are many saunas in the city, but we were no longer interested in them. The reservoir is pleasant. In general, the view of the water is beautiful, the sand is also cute and soft. At night you can see the stars and the moon on the beach, what else do you need?)
We are very happy with the trip, in summer and (or) in autumn we will look again)
I did not like it · Immediately a reservation. We were almost the first guests this season. The hotel was still preparing for a full-scale opening. When we were there, they also tinted and cleaned everything after the winter. Therefore, it was a little dirty in places, but it was all fixed.
About the reservoir. There is a lot of garbage after last year's season, destroyed bungalows and other delights of beach life. I understand that it's not the season, but the city administration could take care and arrange with the business to clean up after the season. By the summer, I think it will all be put in order.

There is no beach of its own, you have to go and it is not a fact that there will be a place on the beach. There are two pools, but not very large ones. The sun beds are free, but the trestles cost 7000 tenge for the whole day. Entrance is paid, the room is 40,000 tenge per day. The rooms are not large, there is a bed, a mini fridge, air conditioning. The room stank. In the evening, there were midges and a lot of grasshoppers in the pool and on the territory. The kitchen is a solid four. The lamb kebab was not delicious. Unfinished. The service was long, there were a lot of people, but the waiters were polite. Breakfast is included and decent. The beer was varied and cold.

We stayed at the hotel. The room is standard, double occupancy. We paid about 90 USD per day. The room is very dirty, especially the bathroom and toilet. The bed is dirty. The floors are dirty. Everything needs to be repaired, but the owners apparently think that it will do. We thought we could swim in the big pool in the evening, after all the guests had left this place, but the pools are closed in the evening, even for guests. I do not recommend staying in this place. The only thing I added a star for was the barbecue, which was very tasty.
