Great beach ! Well, very cool!!!Not a bad kitchen ! Not a very large selection, but everything is very tasty. !
The staff is polite and friendly. It is clear that they are trying. !!!!
One thing is... construction has begun. It's a shame they didn't warn you. Part of the beach is behind a blue fence. Tractors/dump trucks drive early in the morning. Sea view naturally with a construction site.
There is no animation at all. Both adult and child.
You entertain the children yourself. (fortunately there are cats and kittens on the territory))))
There is a room for children, but it is closed.
It's strange in the height of the season and children's holidays.
There weren't always enough sunbeds... especially in the season. Places need to be occupied at 7 o'clock in the morning.
The pool is small and the room stock is tired.

A wonderful hotel for tourists, attentive staff, there are Russian-speaking managers who are ready to help at any moment. Excellent restaurants and bars on site for the quality of food and drinks. A gorgeous clean beach with a huge number of sun beds. But part of the beach and garden are fenced with a construction fence and work is underway using mechanisms that produce noise and vibration!

At the moment, grandiose construction is underway on the territory of the hotel, construction works are actively underway on the territory, construction equipment is working from 7:00 in the morning until sunset. All this happens practically under your windows. therefore, you will wake up with the first blows of construction tools and equipment, and of course no "quiet hour", respectively.
In this regard, the number of places on the beach has been reduced to 1/2, so there is already a shortage of places on sun beds and tourists occupy them even before breakfast.
Also, I would like to note separately the absolutely irresponsible, even "disregard" attitude of the hotel management and the check-in service to their work. With all the written confirmations we received before arrival that our two Deluxe Seaview rooms would be connected or in close proximity to each other, since parents always live with their children "according to the rules of the hotel", as a result, our rooms were only on the same floor, but in completely different parts of it under rooms 610 and 621!
Neither for the construction site, nor for such a settlement with a "view of the construction site" instead of a "sea view", nor for their incompetent staff, no one even apologized!
Therefore, definitely, for today, this is the worst option for your vacation, I do not recommend it categorically!

We checked in right away, and it was at 10 a.m. According to the concept of the hotel, check-in is at 15 o'clock. This is a huge plus. We were in the UAE for the first time. I really liked the location of the hotel, the first line has its own beach. We were greeted very well at the hotel, and soft drinks were immediately offered. There were no difficulties in communicating with the staff, there was always someone who spoke Russian. The food did not shine with variety, but no one was left hungry. The hotel is always clean, cleaned every day. In the hotel, in the pool on the beach, soft drinks, beer and alcohol with snacks are all there. We have only good memories of the hotel.

Good afternoon. We arrived from the hotel a week ago.
The hotel has good service, restaurants, beach, rooms, but new buildings are being built throughout the hotel.
Work starts at 6.30 am and ends at 23.00 , diesel generators are running all night, very noisy!
The worst thing is that there is no reliable information about the construction site either on the hotel's website or in the agencies!
If you still decide to go, then ask for rooms on the right side of the building, if you look at the sea, it's quieter there! I would also like to note the excellent work of all the hotel staff, all issues that arise are resolved as quickly as possible!

Everything is fine: the beach is clean with towels, drinking water and a shower, a car delivers to the beach. The hotel is great! All the staff is very friendly and always happy to help. Separately, I would like to thank the Russian-speaking staff of the hotel Regina and Hussein, who are always ready to explain, show, tell, etc.
We arrived at the hotel at 7 am, checked in and we were sent for breakfast, although it is not allowed on the first day, because check-in from 15.00 hours. We were settled at 10 o'clock, for which we are also very grateful.
Of course, the breakfasts are monotonous, but there is a choice, so you can take something different every day: milk porridge, yoghurts, cereals, potatoes, eggs of all kinds, sausages, sausages, cheeses, 2 types of fish, one of them is red. Fruits are different: apples, pears, watermelons, kiwis, pineapples, bananas. Cashew nuts and walnuts, candied fruits, jams, honey. Vegetables and herbs. Pastries are different, juices, coffee, tea. In general, there is a choice.
The beach is clean, lifeguards are always on site. They constantly offer water in 0.5 liters. bottles. Sunbeds under umbrellas are occupied early, so if you come to the beach after 8 o'clock, then the seats will remain only under the sun.
Excursions were not imposed by anyone, we did not go to a meeting with a guide.
The room is large, clean, everything is in good condition. On request, they took a kettle for free. Cleaning every day. Green and black tea, coffee in capsules for the coffee machine and the usual Nescafe in bags, sugar, as much water as you want, shampoo, gel, conditioner were replenished daily.
In the pool, the water is warm, clean, there was enough space for everyone. There are toilets and showers nearby, where you can take a shower and change clothes right after the beach or pool.
We had a 100% rest, many thanks to all the staff!!! We will definitely return to this hotel again.
The money was changed at the bank in the mall. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the shops. There is an Oscar alcohol store 2 hotels away. The hotel has free Wi-Fi, which also works on the beach.

Positive:
+ Hotel on the first line, to the beach 120m;
+ Clean beach equipped with sun beds of different types;
+ Varied cuisine and themed days;
+ Very attentive staff, ready to solve any issue;
+ Many employees speak Russian.
Minuses:
- The hotel is 25 years old, the restoration was in 2014. Many elements of decor and equipment are obsolete and are living out their time. For example, the air conditioner in our room broke down;
- Undergoing restoration/ noisy repair work. You expect silence, interrupted by the noise of the sea and the singing of birds, you get a neighbor with a puncher at 9 in the morning;
- The hotel does not have enough adapters for foreign types of sockets. I had to wait for an adapter from other guests. Either take or buy your own, or charge the equipment at the reception desk;
- An uncomfortable pool with a depth of about 2m, 99% of guests do not reach the bottom and "hang" on the side;
Moments that are difficult to define in one of the categories:
• The entrance to the sea is gentle and long;
• The beach and the seabed are sandy;
• Hookah and tobacco products are allowed in some areas of the hotel;
• There are alcoholic beverages, which makes the hotel more attractive for tourists.

The age-old hotel and the renovation in the rooms are already "so-so", but everything is clean and tidy. Its own large beach and swimming pool. Reconstruction is underway on the territory, but this does not particularly interfere with rest. Food and drinks are all top. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The chef is a funny guy. There are many vacationers with young children and many of them are vacationing at the hotel not for the first time.

The car that drives along the beach with drinks is already paid, but no one uses its services. Tc is a stone's throw from the beach bar and a pool with a bar at the hotel. The pool bar always has ice cream, strawberry, chocolate and vanilla.
Restaurant dishes are full of delights. It is more difficult to say what is not there than to describe all the dishes and products. there is always a grill in the restaurant on the street.
The rooms are cleaned very clean every day, folding neatly scattered things, There is a coffee machine in the room, with capsules and scales.Which we were afraid to get up on.
95 percent of vacationers are Russian.

The hotel: comfort, cleaning, cleanliness, well-groomed territory, food, staff work in all directions - everything is on top and corresponds to 5 stars.
I would especially like to mention the employees with whom we communicated more often.
Regina is a Guest Relations, friendly and friendly, immediately responds to any request and competently solves any issues that arise, is always ready to help.
Anastasia is a hostess at Café Naseem, always positive, with a smile, attentive and friendly, finds a kind word for everyone, always manages to solve many issues at the same time with the creation of a pleasant atmosphere.

Every year, my family and I break out to this hotel..with children, you need a minimum of shops and a beautiful all inclusive beach..but this year I was disappointed : construction ..a huge construction site on the territory , which was not compensated by a decrease in price ..and this is the beginning of the grandest Transformation of the hotel. You tell me..Weren't you warned? We were warned that reconstruction was underway , which would not interfere with our rest ..but this message said that the noise would not disturb ..and so on , but the fact that half of the beach and half of the hotel are closed ..They didn 't tell me . I want to advise you a cool company for organizing excursions, the guys are just SUPER - Alexey and Tatiana. It is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Excursions are different for every taste. I was on a sightseeing tour of Dubai and will go on safari in jeeps! I went to the guys for excursions on the recommendation of friends and relatives! These are unforgettable emotions! And what is quite important is the cost, much cheaper than that of tour operators! It's very easy to find the guys - leave the hotel and go right to the traffic light and see the office!

We stayed at this hotel for the second time. On our first visit, we were completely delighted with the place, the service and attitude to the guests, the cuisine, and so on.
The last visit was a complete disappointment. Upon arrival, it turned out that the hotel was in a full-scale construction site: most of the beach was occupied by construction for a swimming pool and bungalows. The construction site is round the clock! It is noisy both day and night. The equipment and workers drove along the remnants of the beach among the vacationers. (no one voiced this nuance to us when buying a tour). The hotel's service has fallen very low. What kind of code is there if the hotel decided to lower prices and populated the entire "collective farm" from Egypt and Turkey 3*) Restaurants began to cook terribly. You have to take up places on the beach from 5 am... the beach area expands only in front of the Germans for a fee, taking up places for them in the evening.
Of the advantages, only room cleaning!

I stayed at this hotel in late September and early October (not for the first time). Everything is at the highest level. When checking in for the second time, they give a room with a category higher than they booked (very nice). The food is 5+, the staff is wonderful (except for one girl who works at the bar on the 1st floor in the lobby, who has everything included, does not rush to serve, smiles and serves only for money), the rest of the staff is polite, smiling, responsive. The sea is warm, the beach is cleaned during the day, cleanliness and order. A new swimming pool has been opened. There is enough space for everyone.

We arrived today on February 23 at this beautiful hotel. We were greeted at the reception by very friendly and helpful girls Meryem and Regina. We were provided with a magnificent superior room with a magnificent view of the sea. A smiling, friendly Bagus escorted us to the room.
The experience of the hotel is wonderful. While the room was being prepared, we had lunch and appreciated the excellent cuisine.

We flew to this hotel with a small child. The hotel used to be part of the Kempinski grid. The hotel is quite old, but it's sooo cool. All his five stars are deserved. I consider him one of the best in the Emirate of Ajman! The food is varied, high-quality alcohol, the beach is simply gorgeous and clean. The descent into the water is perfect, the tides are small. All the staff is friendly. In the evening, a girl plays the piano in the lobby on the ground floor. Moreover, this is real live and very pleasant music. A small heated swimming pool, next to a pool covered from the sun for children. Next to the hotel, across the street there is a park with fountains and a promenade where it is wonderful to walk in the evening after dinner. There are no complaints about air conditioning, plumbing, furniture at all.

Minibuses go to Dubai Mall twice a day, pick up after 4-5 hours
