People have been waiting for documents for the first house for 8 years. The second house has been transferred to investors since 2012!!! They lie all the time. Communications in the house are not connected. There are no contracts. The quality of the apartments is terrible. To buy an apartment from TOV UMK in the residential complex "4 seasons" - just go throw them out.
