Very convenient location. There are shops on the street that are connected with lighting in every possible way, they start working early, so there is a lot of fuss and noise on the street early in the morning. It didn't bother us much, as I understand it, it's noisy everywhere. We lived on the 5th floor (which felt much higher), and we had to climb a spiral staircase, which was a bit tedious, but not critical. There is no sound insulation. The room is not fresh, there are scuffs, but it is very cozy. Friendly staff, including a woman who speaks good Russian.
