A small place on the ground floor, a cafe without style, but clean and tidy. Friendly staff, Fast service and serving of dishes, everything is ready, just warmed up. We took draniki with a sponge and a burger (American, I think, and branded). The draniki and mochanka were not bad, although it's also a subjective matter - I prefer it when they're not so crunchy. The urine is normal, slightly thick. But the burgers weren't exactly their profile-there was too much sauce, which killed all the flavor, and both were cold. When serving, the signature burger slid on its side, the waiter tried to assemble it, but then took it to the kitchen, apparently, they had already assembled the homemade sour lemonade there. The price is average, although, to be honest, I can't say that all the dishes are worth the money.

My acquaintance with Belarusian cuisine began with this establishment. Of the many other, including well-promoted restaurants listed in the guidebook, it was decided by intuition to visit this place. It was one of the best decisions of my life! Serving borscht with bacon, onion, sour cream, black bread.. Mmmm - it was like an aperitif before the main course. Since I cannot read Belarusian), the choice of tributaries was at random. And this time my intuition didn't let me down either! To this day, the taste of this pyramid of potato pancakes remains in my mouth. Well, the curd balls in the form of donuts for dessert were so tender and delicious that they only further emphasized the correctness of getting to the "nimble moose"!

Our first acquaintance with Belarus began with the gastronomic discovery of a cozy "house of delicious food" with a truly creative concept – "Fast moose"! When we arrived in the country, we dreamed of trying real draniki, and the choice of this restaurant turned out to be an exact hit! Our draniki were just super delicious, perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside – just like we imagined! The menu is very diverse, and the names of the dishes, to our pleasant surprise, are written in Belarusian, which adds a special atmosphere! But don't worry, there is always a clear composition in Russian nearby. The service deserves special praise: the waiter was incredibly pleasant and polite, helped with a smile to sort out all the Belarusian names! Thank her for that!
