It is also fashionable to cook fish / seafood to your liking for a small fee (12 dirhams per kg), which are very cheap
In the autumn of 2024, I bought Norwegian salmon at 30 dirhams per KG. The average weight is 3.5 kg (and in the Russian Federation it costs 2.5 times more expensive) so they cut it for me there as I wanted and then they cooked it on the grill.
