I brought it back . They didn't call me for 4 days, she called me. They said that they think most likely the phone fell or was pinned down , they are still diagnosing it , perhaps tomorrow it will be possible to pick it up . After that, they were unavailable for 3 days. I arrived , it turned out they had run out of money on the phone . It's a service that you can't reach for 3 days. I just took the phone in the same form as I gave it back . They didn 't even try to explain what the problem was . I don 't advise anyone! Addition: I took it to another service, it turned out that the battery was replaced without my knowledge.
