I was lying with a child in this hospital. The girl was in serious condition - furunculosis after an unsuccessful vaccination in six months. I was in intensive care with her for exactly six months to a year, which is already a rarity. I thank the medical staff for their conscientiousness and professionalism.

I brought the children for an examination, I needed a professional examination. In a small room, 3 doctors examine different patients at the same time. No asepsis, antiseptics! The room is stuffy! Two parents come in with one child. We were at Alina Viktorovna's. There is no inspection! I have not collected an anamnesis. I looked at the throat, listened to the lungs and wrote a template recommendation in 2 minutes of examination. I understand a lot of people, but this should not affect the quality of the inspection. It is elementary to at least wash your hands before an examination. Especially during the spread of the virus.

I recently had to go to the hospital with a child, and it was an extremely unpleasant experience. The organization of work absolutely does not stand up to any criticism — they waited for several hours for an appointment, even with a small child. The staff was rude and completely uncaring. The doctors looked at it cursorily, it seemed that they did not care about the patient's condition at all. The equipment in the department is old, the offices look unkempt. This attitude towards children is simply unacceptable. I am very disappointed with the level of service and will no longer trust this hospital with the health of my child.

On December 17, 2023, my child was brought by ambulance. The child had heavy bleeding 7-9 times a day, but due to the fact that there was no blood at that moment, we were not admitted to the hospital, the doctors are irresponsible and in truth, in one small room they take all patients there were 3 sick children and 6 parents and everyone shouted over each other terrible revenge. The Ministry of Health where are we looking !!!

It is not possible to eat hospital food, even a hungry child refused to eat lunch, except porridge. And porridge is given in the morning and evening. The portions are very small.
