I would especially like to note the work of Inna's consultant, thanks to a competent approach to our work, my husband and I purchased an excellent multivark RED Solution Color Cook RMC -88 and a planetary mixer RED RFM-537. The consultation was so detailed that there was no doubt about the purchase. Now I have very cool kitchen assistants, thanks to Inna. When you work 12-hour shifts, there is no time in the kitchen. it remains, and with the help of such a slow cooker, lunch and dinner can be easily prepared by both a teenage son and a husband. Many thanks to your store for the excellent product and excellent employees. I would like the Consultant Inna to be awarded, she definitely deserves it. And she and I have already planned our next purchases and we will definitely come again, and only to her.

I would like to draw the attention of the management to the blatant violations of the standards of service and customer orientation, which, to my great regret, I encountered in the Fifth Element store at Polotsk,
on February 09, I bought a refrigerator and a gas stove in this store. It took more than an hour to complete the purchase and delivery. Complete chaos with processes and division of responsibility between managers, incompetence of staff. I have not received any clear information about the discounts, bonuses and promotions available to me. What I got was rudeness and disdain from Nikita's manager - he sent me to ask for discounts at the grocery store. This is something that directly affects the store's sales volume and customer loyalty. An extremely unpleasant aftertaste from visiting the store… Please take action!
