I really love our store in Polotsk, all the staff is very attentive and polite. The guys are professionals in their field. I would especially like to note the work of Inna's consultant, thanks to a competent approach to our work, my husband and I purchased an excellent multivark RED Solution Color Cook RMC -88 and a planetary mixer RED RFM-537. The consultation was so detailed that there was no doubt about the purchase. Now I have very cool kitchen assistants, thanks to Inna. When you work 12-hour shifts, there is no time in the kitchen. it remains, and with the help of such a slow cooker, lunch and dinner can be easily prepared by both a teenage son and a husband. Many thanks to your store for the excellent product and excellent employees. I would like the Consultant Inna to be awarded, she definitely deserves it. And she and I have already planned our next purchases and we will definitely come again, and only to her.

I would like to draw the attention of the management to the blatant violations of the standards of service and customer orientation, which, to my great regret, I encountered in the Fifth Element store at Polotsk, on February 09, I bought a refrigerator and a gas stove in this store. It took more than an hour to complete the purchase and delivery. Complete chaos with processes and division of responsibility between managers, incompetence of staff. I have not received any clear information about the discounts, bonuses and promotions available to me. What I got was rudeness and disdain from Nikita's manager - he sent me to ask for discounts at the grocery store. This is something that directly affects the store's sales volume and customer loyalty. An extremely unpleasant aftertaste from visiting the store… Please take action!

On 12/30/2023, I bought a game console for children (a New Year's gift), asking the consultant to check the product, which was refused. When we arrived home, and we live 50 km from Polotsk, we immediately connected to the TV and the set-top box did not work. We took the console to the store on 11.01.2024, so that we would get the money back because the product is not in good condition - they refused. They took the set-top box, connected it to the TV (it turns out it can still be checked), changed the cable from the TV to the set-top box, but it did not work. I was told that she would be taken to the service and after 14 days it would be known what was wrong and I would have to go a second time because of the consultant (who did not want to immediately check the serviceability of the product) for a second time. I will not buy anything else in this store.

What do I like about element 5? So this is definitely a warranty service. For a long time of purchases, when there were equipment failures with a valid warranty, there were never any problems with this. They took the goods without unnecessary questions and offered alternatives to resolve the issue. I don't know how this network works in general, but I really like this store!

We go to the seller, say the order number, go across the hall to the order table, stand in line, they print a form for us. Then with a piece of paper to the seller, he looks at something in the monitor and sends it to the cashier. We are waiting for an SMS by phone there - it is connected with the loyalty card. We pay for it. We go to the seller and they finally give us the goods. Alice bought the column this way. No one checked anything. The sealed goods were handed over. That's it.But it's a great store and the people are working well.

Once they persuaded me to issue an R. G. for a Janome sewing machine. The consultant claimed that the warranty is valid for all breakdowns. And so I bring the car home. My wife worked on it for 5 minutes and what do you think.. The presser foot fell off. Well, I think it's okay, I'll go to the store, I have a guarantee against all breakdowns))), they will change the foot and everything will be good. I bring the machine to the store, I say the presser foot got caught with a marriage, change it... And they tell me: - sorry, man, this is not a warranty case. I say:- as it is, I have an extended warranty. And they told me: -this defect does not apply even to the extended warranty. We can only give you the phone number of the Janome service center in Minsk, you will call them and if they have such a detail, they will send it to you by mail...That's such an extended warranty)))... Here's your phone number and solve your problems yourself))) Since then, we have been making purchases from them, but there is no extended warranty... It's a small thing, but the sediment remains.

The only thing is, when I bought a washing machine, the consultant told me quite professionally about all the machines and their pros and cons. There is no mandatory extended warranty, although they are very importunately trying to cram it in. There is no installment plan from the store as such either. The installments come from the banks whose representatives are sitting there, and as a result, the overpayment is quite significant. It is not clear what you are paying these hundreds of rubles for. In general, you can buy, but you need to have strong nerves and a wallet.
