But consulting specialists should be invited here to be more experienced. If it were decent to laugh, then my friend and I would laugh out loud when choosing a hob... The consultants, except to talk about the fact that you need our 5-year warranty like air, do not know anything else, even what registration number to write in the warranty book (asks me. I should probably know what the number of the hob is, yeah). I will not lower my rating for the work of consultants, but they are just clear guys.

Last year I handed over a steam system for protection +. There was no similar product in the substitution (any system). They queued up for a regular iron. After 2 weeks I arrived, I took it away purely on principle, it did not work. I went and bought it, I had to. Because a month without an iron is unrealistic. Today I faced the same problem. I handed it over this time under the usual warranty. I was the first to ask about the substitution, they only said the iron and it is not available now. I'm sure that then the non-working, dirty one will come again. When I asked purely for interest about a similar product, they answered confidently, even with superiority, "they say, of course not, it would be if for protection." I replied, "Okay, let's do the defense. Will you give me an analogue then?" The girl searched for information and said "oh, no." When selling a product, everyone knows everything, there is a lot of information on protection, which later partially does not correspond to what was told. If you research a certain product, and periodically go to a consultation, then it's generally interesting. Every day you can learn new information and point of view. As a result, you get more confused. Everyone is right. You'd better tell me the characteristics, show me, compare. Not your vision. And many people lack professionalism. I visit this store very often. I can put five stars, I can put 1. It all depends on the case - successfully or not. Today there is 1 star. I can write more often about what I saw) And heard) And what kind of service) And what kind of guys) You also have amazing employees. I'll write their names after the next visit. The only thing it's good for is for children who can break appliances. And then you will not see any money, but only a 70% discount on a new purchase on the 5 element network and within two months!!! In general, the prices are not bad. But their desire to cheat negates all the good things they have.

The man who introduced himself as the head absolutely does not know how to talk to people. He has no idea what kind of promotions are taking place in the store and sent me in a brazen form to the Tefal company - this is their promotion and deal with them :-) Sales consultants have no idea about prices or promotions at all. They run back and forth and are not eager to help the buyer. I checked the price of the product with the consultant several times, but the price changes 2 times at the checkout!!! Not the prices that are indicated in the hall. And it's only when I'm with them that they start to figure out what kind of promotions they have. The fish goes out from the head, what kind of leadership - such is the staff. And the management of this store didn't care about the customer! It's a pity, but not a foot in the "5th element" anymore.
