We came to the store with the certificate, where they ordered us a refrigerator and in a day they have to deliver a new one, pick up the old one. As a result, we waited for the delivery day all day, we call in the evening at 18:00, "he will arrive within an hour." It's 21:30 now, no one has brought anything 😐
Moreover, they did not even give the courier's number, no one called about the transfer, etc. It's just that this attitude is not the first time in this store. We have been living without a refrigerator for 3 weeks, it also looks like we will wait the same amount for delivery👌🏼
In general, after that, there is absolutely no desire to buy anything in this store.

It did not work out to pick up 02 01 22 due to a program failure. The seller stated the fact and continued to work on her phone. After my requests to find a solution and give out the goods, the manager still came up with something. It took more than 30 minutes. But the miracle did not happen-the fan heater turned out to have a huge scratch. The seller offered to make a markdown, but the program doesn't work and I can't pick it up. We agreed that I would come another day and pick up the goods. We arrived at 12-30 05 02 22. They searched for a very long time, as a result they found out that the fan was sent back to Minsk. Where it is not necessary, they worked very quickly. It did not work out to give a fan heater.
