I borrowed a HUAWEI laptop from them. In addition to the fact that they imposed their OS, antivirus and other paid services, every other bolt is tightly screwed. I took it with words from a sales consultant, and I quote, during the year the laptop can be serviced, I allocate, for FREE, in any 5 element store (in any city). As a result, there was no real trace of this service. In order for your laptop to be serviced, as an employee of this store said above, you had to buy a special card with a certain service life!!! To service it yourself, you also need to lick off all the bolts, and it's not a fact that you'll unscrew it, you'll break the board faster. In general, do not listen to all the nonsense about "free" maintenance for a year, like me, do not be fooled by these "cool" paid antivirus subscriptions (the OS that they give you will have its own built-in) and so on. Wishes to the staff of this store: If you are servicing laptops, do not screw in these gorgeous bolts dead. They are already of great quality.

Today, my review is about how, some time ago, when buying a refrigerator in this store in Zhlobin, a sales consultant literally imposed on me to buy an additional Protection + guarantee. At the same time, he convinced us that in any case, we will not lose money, because if we do not contact the service center during this warranty, then this money will be returned to us. We believed the words of the sales consultant (by the way, I was with my husband, he also remembered it all well). And we never take this additional guarantee, but here we get a refund, so we were led. The warranty period expired the other day, I contacted the store. Where I was told that under the Protection + program, money is never returned, but only under the "Advanced Service" program. It means that it was very important for the sales consultant to "sell" this program to us, so he misled us. By the way, I know another family who fell for it at that time. Dear readers, do not believe what the store employees promise you beautifully, but carefully read the fine print in the documents. Thank you.

The Redragon NOMEN headphones have constant background noise, as well as arbitrary interference that can only be eliminated by reconnecting the wireless module. For headphones worth 240 rubles, such malfunctions are hardly the norm. Considering that headphones are necessary for work, it was unacceptable to expect a check within 14 days. As a result, I had to additionally purchase other headphones at my own expense, since there were no offers to replace them with similar ones.
The customer orientation of the store raises questions, and the purchase experience turned out to be unsatisfactory.

There is a wet cleaning function on this model, in fact, it is unlikely that it will be used, since for this cleaning you need to perform many manipulations, such as: get a container for dry cleaning, take another container for wet cleaning, collect water there, moisten the cloth that is included in the kit, fix it on the container and insert the container into the vacuum cleaner. And then it's the other way around for dry cleaning. It's easier to take it and clean it with a mop.
