Disgusting customer orientation. I stopped by to buy a specific model of a budget kettle. When I came to the store, I made sure that it was available. I was hoping for a quick clearance of the goods without additional questions. I found it on my own and turned to a consultant with a request to arrange a kettle. The first question is why such a budget model and whether I need a more expensive model. Okay, after my explanations, they decided to issue it to me anyway, and it started. Consultant's question: Do you need an extended warranty? I politely answer that no, because it is covered by an 18-month warranty from the store. At the same time, the consultant was in no particular hurry to finish packing the kettle. After a couple of minutes again: For such a CHEAP kettle, the warranty will be very cheap, only 20p.
When I have already refused the guarantee, why these persuasions?
Well, think again, after all, the money is small. If I buy a budget product, then they teach me to do some accents or what?)
That is, the attitude towards customers depends on the amount of their purchase? For buyers of cheap goods, is a normal attitude not part of their responsibilities?
Also one of the pleasant advantages, it was disgusting weather and rain outside. The girl at the checkout with a very unhappy face simply did not even offer a paid package for the purchased product so that it would not get wet.

The product selection is large.

I prefer this point of sale to others.But, in the room where the store is located, poor cellular coverage, mobile life, the request to connect to Wi-Fi was refused (politely), the network seems to be promoted and in demand and loses ratings on such trifles. I was asked to go outside to discuss this or that information with my loved ones, i.e. after each photo taken, I need to go out, just because the store does not provide potential customers with access to normal communication, which is carried out via the Internet.It is very sad in my purely personal opinion. The consultation on the product is not of high quality, the main principle is to sell, so sell the quality, and not any junk that cannot be returned. Now I'm thinking about going to this network or looking for the necessary product elsewhere!

I explained that it didn't matter where I bought it, to which the master replied that he had not seen the worst counterfeit in all his work (25) years. We bought BOSCH, the amount we paid then exceeded more than 1,000 rubles. The master said that we paid for the Bosch logo, Chinese specialists do much better and better. After that, trust large shopping malls when some work honestly and others sell counterfeit goods. I will never go to the mall again as the 5 ELEMENT center is big but the trust is very small.
