That was about a month and a half ago, on February 10th, 2025. The consultants advised me to buy my mom a TCL phone, I came to buy a new phone in installments. I broke the old one, it stopped working altogether. She always used 2 SIM cards, A1 for calls and Life for Internet distribution, lives outside the city, in the countryside. All 3 towers are located in the village, A1, MTS and Life, there were no problems with the Internet and calls until we contacted this store. So this miracle phone in the village refuses to work on the Life network in 3G, 4G, H, H+ modes. It only works in GSM mode with the letter "E", in other modes, even if you select it manually, not automatically, there is no network at all. When you come to their store, in the city of Rechitsa, for some reason both 4g and other modes work there. But it doesn't work in the village where it is needed and for what it was bought. And the operator was contacted, and the settings were manually prescribed, and they did everything. We put this Life SIM card in another phone, the Internet is flying. We put another Life SIM card in it, from another phone on which the Internet is flying, the problem is the same, it doesn't work, only the "E". He was returned to the store after 10 days of torment, where he was taken for diagnosis. But they returned it back and said that everything was fine with the phone. But upon arrival in the village, everything did not work and does not work, the Internet is only in "E" mode with a Life SIM card.
At the time of troubleshooting, they gave me a replacement phone, not TCL, everything worked fine, 4g, H, etc., just like on the previous phone that crashed. When I contacted him again, they said that there was no point in leaving him, he was a "worker", and after a second diagnosis he would be returned as a "worker" again. Mom said I'll go to court, they said please, you won't prove anything anyway. They advised me to just sell it and buy another phone.

The worst customer orientation of all stores. I ordered a keyboard, it didn't fit on the desktop, I decided to exchange it with them on the same day, without using the product, they rejected it. Oh my God, a new keyboard, brought on the same day and not a refund, but an exchange for another smaller model... I won't advise anyone, and I won't contact them myself anymore, they changed it in other stores right away and didn't ask.
