I wanted to arrange an installment plan on the phone, it says on the website that it is possible, but in fact only a loan. Why is the information on the website and in the store so different? Who is cheating?

The seller cheated and did not issue a warranty card, in general, he did not put a warranty card to the documents for the goods. Says: "You go pay, and I'll fill out the warranty card." As a result, they gave me a box with the goods, said that everything was fine, but there was no warranty card at home. Therefore, I advise you not to take anyone's word for it and not to pay anything at all until everything is done properly: they will put the seal of the store, put a signature with a transcript, etc. The product works, I like everything, but this is the merit of the manufacturer "Sony", and I rate the work of the store at "1" out of "5".
