The consultant was so keen on selling additional services about additional guarantees and xs of some kind, which is not clear what is needed and what is better than Yandex and everything else that I can put on the TV myself, that when asked to choose the right bracket for the TV, I gave out such a hat without the necessary bolts, on which it should be hung, and not TV.
Bottom line: the modern world is evil - your additional services, what's in the Poppy, what's at the gas station, what's in the 5th element, the desire to increase the check and the eternally dissatisfied faces of sellers who are refused, kill all the pleasure of buying. I bought a TV in this store, faced with the unprofessionalism of the consultant. The seller helped me pick up the TV, as I said that I wanted to visit it immediately on the wall, immediately issued a master, while completely forgetting to say that the bracket is not included in the package and installation services. Accordingly, the master just came to watch my TV. Also, during operation, it turned out that the remote works for at most 5 minutes a day, 4 days have passed since the purchase, I call them at the service, explain the situation with the remote and get tremendous help for 40 minutes, which consists in turning on and off the TV and poking at the dead buttons of the remote. Since my resuscitation did not help him, we decided to send a master. We made an application, the next day they decided that I had nothing to do and resumed communicating with me via messenger. Then I already lost my temper and filed a complaint, deciding to return the TV to them, which is just a problem. The consultant apologized to me, i.e. the management is not responsible for what happens in their store. A pathetic position. PS I went to the store on the weekend, it took the consultant a minute to realize that the remote control was not working. Replaced with a slightly better used one. My foot will no longer be in element 5, I actively advise not to deal with them. The management is silent. Although a written review on the site is considered as an entry in the complaint book.

A year ago I bought a vertical vacuum cleaner karcher vc-7, the battery lasted for 1.5 years and it died. Everything is fine, but even in the service center and in general in the Republic of Belarus you will not find a battery anywhere, and if you find it, it costs half the cost of a vacuum cleaner. Tk karcher is under sanctions!!! It is better to buy another brand. I did not think that after buying this vacuum cleaner, now I will get an old and proven LG, because there are no batteries in RB. СюрприIiiz!!! The disappointment in the purchase is 100%.

About the delivery, the courier PUT a GUARANTEE on all equipment, including the irrigator!
After 1.5 weeks, the irrigator stopped working, although it was used according to the instructions.
I contacted the store on the issue of warranty repairs, which was refused, since it was a gift, to which the legal department added an article on the contract of sale and donation, it is not clear what this is for, if there is no contract at all.
As a lawyer, I did not understand this answer.
I will contact you in MARCH for clarification.
Since I sincerely do not understand if the guarantee for the gift is not valid, why did the employee put it on me when delivering it!
If they hadn't given me a guarantee, then there were no questions at all, and I never buy equipment without a guarantee, I would naturally refuse the entire purchase in this case, because the same equipment in another store was more profitable, but the store also offers a gift, the cost of which is clearly already included in the cost of the purchased equipment.
Previously, I always bought equipment in the 5th element, now of course I will not, because this attitude towards the client does not suit me, employees who apparently have not been trained or have not studied the terms of the promotion are misleading.

In general, the moral is: Don't buy protection for 200+ rubles.
