Also, during operation, it turned out that the remote works for at most 5 minutes a day, 4 days have passed since the purchase, I call them at the service, explain the situation with the remote and get tremendous help for 40 minutes, which consists in turning on and off the TV and poking at the dead buttons of the remote. Since my resuscitation did not help him, we decided to send a master. We made an application, the next day they decided that I had nothing to do and resumed communicating with me via messenger. Then I already lost my temper and filed a complaint, deciding to return the TV to them, which is just a problem. The consultant apologized to me, i.e. the management is not responsible for what happens in their store. A pathetic position. PS I went to the store on the weekend, it took the consultant a minute to realize that the remote control was not working. Replaced with a slightly better used one.
