Terrible consultants... I was with a small child and a spouse
We chose a robot vacuum cleaner
We have a dog and a child at home
A more thorough cleaning and a minimum of my efforts to wash the floors are needed
They probably recommended something that is a plus for them
Now I also have agony on cleaning, since the vacuum cleaner is not with a particularly good cleaning quality, plus they said that the station is not needed, where the robot cleans itself (and as if the moment, what I asked me to use at a minimum and not clean any dust collectors!!)
So also the price of Ozone, for example half as much!!
When we came home without opening the vacuum cleaner, we decided to find out if we could exchange or return it
But no!!
What can I say about these young "people" ... bastards, honestly
Of course, they themselves are to blame for not studying the information and trusting these "people" by buying on their advice what they could buy for half the price, so cleaning would also be more thorough
There have already been unpleasant moments after purchases in the 5th element, but everything fades after this
I will never contact your store again in my life

There are zero complaints about the assortment, the customer service specialist is the most non-customer-oriented character.
In order to pick up an item that has already been paid for, you need to wait 40 minutes for each unit to be unpacked and checked, although I insisted that the product would not be opened and was ready to write a receipt that I would not have any complaints. The man went on the principle...🤷🤦
