In general, I considered the store to be quite good. But one case ruined the assessment. I bought a Karcher vc7 vacuum cleaner. The consultant actively offered to buy the Protection+ program. He said that the program has been in effect for 2 years, in 2 years your battery will wear out a lot, there will not be enough vacuum cleaner to clean the apartment, and it will be possible to replace it as part of the program. I was a little surprised that the battery was included in the program, asked clarifying questions, to which I received affirmative answers and purchased an additional service. And then the moment came when the battery was very low, I went to the store and was told that this was not a warranty case. I contacted the store's support service, explained the situation, and thought that it could be resolved in favor of the customer (or commit to a service that an employee of element 5 sold by misleading the customer, or refund the money for the same service. But the store refused to cooperate. The sediment, of course, remained, it is unlikely that I will buy anything more there. Well, I recommend that you trust everyone when buying additional services, but check the consultants. Ask him to show in the documents the items he sells to you.

There are zero complaints about the assortment, the customer service specialist is the most non-customer-oriented character. In order to pick up an item that has already been paid for, you need to wait 40 minutes for each unit to be unpacked and checked, although I insisted that the product would not be opened and was ready to write a receipt that I would not have any complaints. The man went on the principle...🤷🤦 Just like that...
