The staff goes without badges, when you ask for a name and position, they are silent and leave. No one wants to be responsible for what they've done. The nurses are talking if they are the authorities. To any requests within the framework of their direct duties (to take out a duck, change dirty laundry, etc.), the answer is one "do it yourself, I have two floors of work." Nurses do not respond to comments and requests from the word at all. IVs are not put on during, tablets are thrown on the bedside table and they do not care that the elderly patient is lying down and cannot independently get them from the bedside table and drink. Pills are piled up until the arrival of relatives. It's the same with nutrition. After treatment in this department, my grandmother ended up in intensive care.
