4 interior doors were installed, and the old ones also needed to be dismantled. I'll explain right away: one person came to measure, another sold the doors in the store, and a third installed them. At the moment of installing the new architraves, I saw that there was a gap of about 3 cm from the new architrave to the wallpaper. I asked the master why this was so, because the doors, openings and architraves were made to order and how it happened that they were decently smaller than those that stood before them. I was told that these are the widest platbands and they can not be more (8 cm). I had a tantrum because we didn't plan to re-paste wallpaper in two rooms. I called the store to figure out how to solve this issue, since the master who was at our house did not offer any options. The girl said they would make 10 cm platbands and finish the job later. The master was nearby and listened to our conversation, he said that the 10 cm trim would not cover a piece of wall anyway before the wallpaper started, the girl on the phone claimed that she would. As a result, the craftsmen finished some of the work and left. Before I left, I asked if I should pay for the job now or the next time it was done. The man replied that he needed to pay today. We paid immediately. After they left, we examined the work and saw that one door was several cm higher than the other. Initially, we agreed with the measurer that the door and the box would be cut, since the floor level in the rooms is different, so that the doors at the top would be on the same level as the old ones. I sent a photo to the store's number and said that I needed to redo it, they said they would give this information to the master. Boxes from 2 old doors were broken as a result of dismantling. Without asking if it was possible to spoil the old boxes, the craftsmen sawed out pieces from the platbands and made supports out of them (later we could not sell the old solid pine doors, no one was interested in them due to the lack of boxes). The next day, the man who came to measure the doors initially called me, said that they would make 10 cm platbands and finish the work next week. The doors were installed on Monday, the man called on Tuesday. And silence. Two weeks have passed, and on Monday, two weeks later, I call this man, asking when it will be finished. He said the platbands were supposed to arrive on Friday, they were in stock, he hadn't picked them up yet. A couple of hours later, he called me back and asked if they could finish the job tomorrow. We finished everything the next day. The props were needed again, they were not brought with them either the first or the second time, I found the trimmings and gave them to them. We cut the baseboards, leaving noticeable distances to the architraves, without asking if it was necessary or not, by doing it carelessly, we could have told them to remove the baseboards if they got in the way. In both rooms, there are gaps from the wallpaper to the architraves, but despite the architraves 10 cm. Some of the platbands were loose, not fixed in any way, they moved away from the touch, the husband finished these moments himself. They left trash in the entrance, they didn't throw it out themselves and didn't say what they left or what needed to be thrown away, we saw it the next day when we left the apartment. The doors at the top and bottom (invisible zones) are not finished, along the edges you can see how the coating of the visible sides of the doors is coming off. The places where the elements were cut in place are crooked. The cost of 4 doors with fittings was 1,495 rubles. Their installation and dismantling of the old doors cost 730 rubles. Total: low-quality goods, poor-quality work, wallpaper needs to be glued in 2 rooms, a sad experience.
