I would like to express my deep gratitude to iAuto and manager Alyona, who handled all the issues related to the purchase of my first electric car: from the first consultations to the delivery of the car. She was always in touch, answered all your questions.
The dealership has a large selection of new cars (from simple to premium) and the opportunity to bring cars to order from China.
We contacted the company with a request for a certain brand of car. It was not available, so I had to order delivery. The waiting time is the only unpleasant moment in the purchase history, because I didn't want to wait)). The car arrived according to the contract on time. We were sent photos and videos when it was shipped from China and when it was reloaded at customs in Kazakhstan.
Everything is transparent! The price is current, without pitfalls, and also with a discount!
The impressions from the salon, and from the people who work there, are only positive.
We are satisfied with the purchased car!

I visited several car dealerships in Minsk in search of an electric car. I also went to AiAuto. It's hard to call it a CAR DEALERSHIP. A metal-framed fenced area on the ground floor of a multi-level parking lot and an office in the form of a kiosk ("gatehouse").
Rather, it can be called a car sales point. The sign at the entrance is "Car Center", not a car dealership. The site is not being updated. There are none in the "reviews" section, only old photos of customers and unadvertised "our figures" - 400+ satisfied customers, 500 cars delivered. And this is when there are two salons in Brest and Minsk.
A few words about the purchase of a car, Manager Evgeny told all the conditions of purchase, lending, leasing. On the positive side, the cost and timing of the car were checked online with the help of two employees from China. The next day, I was ready to sign a contract, but the price was announced much higher. Evgeny said that I misunderstood him, although the cost was announced in my presence by Chinese employees. I chose another car dealership.

Good day to you. My review is as follows. I agreed to buy a car, planned everything, discussed everything with the financier. I was 100% ready to buy a car. As a result, my car was removed from the reservation, they offered to leave 1000 rubles to leave the car behind. I turned them down, they sold it to another client. But of course they offered to wait for the delivery from under the sky.
What I want to say... That's not how things are done. I will not give advice. Everyone decides for himself whether to work with this dealer. I bought the car in another salon and with a 1-year warranty and at the same price.
