The menu shows that you will have to pay seriously for some items. If the budget is limited, this is a fact. If you are looking for "just eat fast and cheap", then this is not about Zeferan. The restaurant, like the hotel, is simply on top. Perfect service. The chef comes out to the guests and sometimes even makes free compliments from himself. Such as Napoleon's personally made cake or tea according to his recipe. I highly recommend going there. The view there is simply divine)

Beautiful view of the Bosphorus from the window, quiet (there is no musical accompaniment at all) Unreasonably expensive, 2 hot dishes and a salad without drinks cost 8000 rubles. It tastes good, but nothing special, about the same as in local restaurants. The restaurant is non-alcoholic. I won't go any more, and I'd rather not recommend it than recommend it.
