I ordered the Premium package on July 29th and finished on November 13th. I thought about not writing a review, but still there are too many mistakes that I don't want to hide. Since the repair is not carried out in the studio, at each stage of the implementation there are a lot of questions and errors that complicate the repair. Personally, I can give feedback to anyone who wants to apply. With screenshots and correspondence.
During these months of working with the studio, I realized that the studio is no different from other studios. In my opinion, the cost of the work is too high. The attitude towards the client is humiliating. Only the studio is always right. Even if there is actually a mistake, they still don't accept them. Big question about the technical part. If the studio takes over the implementation, it is clear that you will not see these errors.
Faced with problems:
- we were late at the first meeting, a question has already arisen, but I did not attach importance.
+ layout, they offered one of the options that I finalized for myself and suggested it myself and chose it.
- deadlines, there are no clear deadlines, they said one day, oh, sorry, and everything is moving even more. More than once, at each stage, the deadlines were shifted, which they themselves announced and then shifted.
+- Design. The final design was assembled from my examples. I myself was looking for an example of what I want and they have already done almost the same as in the example. Somewhere I asked to edit because I didn't like the options. They've been editing for a very long time + They don't want to edit or change anything. I changed the colors myself in Photoshop and threw them to them so that they would make the final visualization. To clearly convey what I want, I had to write the terms of reference and point out all the errors and nuances that need to be changed. Why didn't the studio offer it itself? That is, the studio doesn't care about the client what he wants and what he doesn't want? Strange.
----- The technical part. There are some technical documents on the Qiwi website in the example, but in fact I received completely different ones. In which you can calculate the final draft size yourself. Why can't we give the rough size separately and the finishing size separately? It's different in another studio. There are clear rough dimensions. It is clearly clear where the walls should stand. The rest comes from there. The studio responds that the builders are bad, our documents are good, and this is a problem for you and your builders. Let them figure it out. Based on this, it is already possible to make a lot of technical mistakes, as there is simply a confusion in the technical data and in the size.
--- Feedback, I've been in touch 24/7. I did my best to answer and resolve any question as quickly as possible. It felt like I needed it more than the studio. Sometimes it took several business days to get a response. Which, again, increased the work time.
--- Presentation of the work. They don't talk about any solutions. We need to delve into and look for what has been changed and what is being offered. Where things are shifting, where things are changing. Which is also quite strange. Especially if this is your first repair, and visually just some changes are not visible.
+- Statement. Minimal errors. There are controversial points, but not critical ones.
- When submitting in one window, I also asked to draw the layout that needs to be submitted, and they also offered an option with an error that caused me to lose 1.5 months. And he served it several times.
The builders who received the technical documents from the Qiwi design studio also did not respond very well.
My opinion is this: they want to finish the project as quickly as possible and don't really want to edit anything because it's time. There is no serious attitude to work. If the client asks for something, it means that it is super important for the client. They ignore these requests. Since I did not order the construction work from them on this, and in my opinion they do not care how it will be implemented. You did as they see and go do it yourself.
