We visited yesterday, 07/29/2025. We wanted to celebrate our daughter's birthday pleasantly. We took about 20 minutes to choose, the waiter came over, and when we accepted the order, we found out that there was no fish. We choose from what we have, we ordered, and after 20 minutes we find out that there is no chicken in garlic sauce either. In the end, we just regretted coming here at all. Barbecue beef - cooked a long time ago, warmed up and drizzled with sauce so that it would be unnoticeable. There are TWO shrimps, one finely chopped mushroom and glued rice in that pit. Bulgur is overcooked and looks like pearl barley, Ramen with kuksi noodles is the first time I've seen this, and you can see the salad with tiger prawns in the photo. A check for 38,000 tenge. We were shocked. If it weren't for the baby and the parents, you wouldn't have received the payment in this amount. Disgusting restaurant, don't disgrace Kostanay food service.

The management doesn't see the bad reviews, doesn't see its untidy, slow, incompetent employees. Today I came with a one-year-old child, ordered beef stroganoff for myself and mashed potatoes for my son (the children's menu is generally trash fries, nuggets and all sorts of harmful things).. The waiter accepted the order and told me to wait no longer than 25 minutes. As a result, the waiter says after 40 minutes that there is no beef stroganoff, but the mashed potatoes are still being prepared, I did not wait any longer and left with my son hungry without waiting for my order. If it were a minus 100 rating, I would have given it 100 stars. I don't advise anyone to come here!!!!
