We rested with my husband for 8 days. The room was clean, there was only toilet paper and one bath towel for each guest upon arrival, but I knew about it. A hair dryer was given at the request. The linen is clean. Smoking is allowed only in one place in the yard, it is not convenient. There are no tables and chairs to sit near the rooms on the second floor, there are on the ground floor. The kitchen is not the cleanest in the world, but it is the guests themselves who make a mess, so I will not reduce the number of stars. 10 seconds to the sea across the road, convenient. There is a beautiful promenade nearby, there is a place to walk. The hosts are friendly and helpful, which is not unimportant. If you are looking for a guest house, this is a great option. There are issues with the grill, but I think it can be solved if desired

It's a wonderful place. We were at the end of September 23. Clean, cozy, lots of greenery, flowers, citrus fruits. Rooms with amenities are well renovated. There is a shared kitchen, you can cook, the sea is 30 meters away. The hostess is just great. I recommend it to everyone if the private sector is in staraya Gagra. We did not find any disadvantages.
